It went really well. They came after a week and it is mainly due to my schedule requirements. Just whatever I paid on Angie's List is all I paid. He came in and did what he said he would do. It's a one-time visit and he didn't pressure to sign any kind of contract or get any kind of extended service. He just did his thing, gave a report that the house was good and that was it. He was there when he said he supposed to be there.

I purchased a big deal for this company. It was good. They were quite thorough and they offered to extend the coverage on a yearly basis so we signed up for that.

The provider was very prompt in communicating an appointment time. He promised to call when he was almost to my home. He actually called earlier than the appointment time because he finished another job before mine and was ahead of schedule. I was happy to get him even earlier. At the door, the provider couldn't have been more polite or accommodating. He immediately put slippers over his shoes before coming into my home and listened carefully about my problem. He explained exactly what he was going to do for me. He even found the ants that I described and he explained how they were getting into the house. Because he knew the ants' behavior, the provider went out of his way and put extra traps and extra spray to help prevent the ants' entry again. The provider explained how long he thought the treatment would last and told me not to hesitate to call if I still had the problem. I loved my experience with this company. It's been three days since the application and I haven't seen one ant. I will definitely use this company again.

He arrived as per schedule and did all the treatments per contract.

It was pretty good. He came by and it was excellent. I was very impressed. I'll probably be using him in the future. He spent about 45 minutes here. He took his time. I thought he did a thorough job. He was right on time and everything.

We purchased the Angies list coupon $49 for entire house pest control service. Critter control called back the next day and setup an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Rick arrived a little earlier than scheduled. He is very knowledgeable, and is also a very pleasant person. He asked if we had any present concerns and proceeded to treat the outdoor area on our property. The outdoor treatment was to address the cockroach problem among others. He then did a thorough inspection indoors and educated us on areas to watch out for potential infestation in future. We are very happy with the service provided.

Excellent! Within 24 hours after treatment, I found 1 terminal palmetto bug & some moribund silverfish. There was absolutely no odor associated with the products. Critter Control kept me informed every step of the way & also advised me about the harmlessness of the racer snake in the back yard so that the chemicals had been strategically placed to avoid adversely affecting the snake.

I had purchased a big dela for the service. I had bought it for one of my rental properties, and it was very good. They were good, professional and excellent. I tried contacting 3 different people there, but they didn't know about the big deal.

They humanely caught the armadillo and released it far away from our home. So happy we called Critter Control excellent service. Top notch - Everyone was great from the gal that answered the phone to David who set the traps and took the little guy away.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out well. I am actually using them on a yearly service. They came out and sprayed inside the house. I also am having problems with ants outside the house. The service was so great I signed up for a year's service. They come on time and I only have to talk to them. They call the day before they are coming. They are prompt and courteous. The guy came in the house and covered his shoes; there were no problems. They work out so well if I have problems throughout the time frame I just call them and they come back out.

Two men from Critter Control came to treat my home for the ant problems I had been having. They treated the inside, outside and the garage. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. The leader was also very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained the whole process. I especially liked the fact that they put on shoe covers before they came into the house. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to anybody who needed this service.

Have not had a problem with the wasps since the screens were placed and haven't seen any bugs. We were very pleased.

the guy was great. taught me more about bugs than i ever wanted to know, but i felt informed and knowledgable. have recommended to him others and would absolutely use him again.

Technician was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. He visually inspected the entire perimeter of house. He determined that they were coming from mulch used around the house. He sprayed mulch area, as well as inside and outside of house. He also gave us tips about where insects could get into the house. Two weeks have passed and we have seen an occasional ant that might have survived, but we feel they are gone. I was glad to have purchased the Deal posted on Angies List which I was able to use for this job.
