Critter Control of Greater Orlando

Had rats in my attic. He killed them and then sealed all entry ways. Have not had a problem since. I would use his services again with no reservations.

Didn't take too long. Put down insecticide sparingly inside the house due to kids. found a roach after he left which means the stuff worked.

When I started noticing roaches coming back in, he came out again right away to spray again. I had a very good experience!

Rick was very punctual arriving 10 Min. early (which we really appreciated) He explained the treatment procedure very well and covered all areas that we addressed with him. We would recommend Critter Control to everyone who was interested.

We were really impressed with the initial contact & treatment and have hired the company to treat our house every 3 months. We had also seen a rat along the fence line so the technician installed bait traps. I definitely recommend this company.

I bought a coupon for evaluation and pest control maintenance of the house, inside and out. The salesman was very punctual and friendly, but we did not like the product he was selling. We were informed the treatment for inside of the house was done only the first visit and the subsequent treatments were only outside in the periphery of the house. |We have done the pest control in the house ourselves for many years and know you cannot avoid indoor pests with outside treatment only. |We did not like the explanation given and decided not to use their services.

Their first availability for an appointment in Orlando was one week from the time I called, but all went well once they arrived. On the day of the scheduled appointment, Rick called to update me on what time he would arrive. Once at my home, he fully explained the 'Entire Home Pest Control Treatment' process as well as what we would do for my specific kitchen ant problem. Rick thoroughly performed his process inside and outside of my home. I was satisfied with the service and would use Critter Control again in the future.

This was the second visit. We haven't seen any bugs so we are really happy. We had used a different company previously and it was a negative experience so this was a nice change.

Dave came by for an initial inspection and returned after the holiday on Friday. Patched the holes. Dave was courteous and professional and arrived on time for both the inspection as well as the patching.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very good. The quarterly monitoring is going to be the same price, which was great. It was definitely worth the $49. He was very friendly and he didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. In fact he told us which things we really did not need. We really appreciated that and felt more confident continuing our association with him.

He was on time, professional, and answered all our questions. He will be back to perform the second quarter maintenance in 3 months.

I had been dealing with tiny black ants crawling throughout my kitchen for about 6 weeks. I used the Angie's Deal and requested an appointment for the next few days. When the provider called, he said his first available wasn't for almost three weeks but he did suggest a specific brand of ant traps I could buy locally to help control the problem until he got here. I bought the traps and while I still saw ants for the next 10 days or so, by the time he came the ants were gone. On the day of my appointment, he arrived 20 minutes early. He treated the outside of the house first before coming in to treat the entire downstairs. He took the time to explain to me how the treatment worked, which I appreciated, and said I shouldn't see any more ants. He also treated some pest problems he found outside of the house. It's been over a month since the treatment and I haven't seen a single ant. Whether it was because of the ant traps or his treatment or a combination of both I don't know for sure, but it was well worth the money to have him come out. I'd recommend Critter Control to other people.

Went we'll. I had an exterior ant problem that was gone within a couple days of treatment and it has not returned.

It was excellent. We discussed future treatment options with this company. Very accommodating to our schedule and specific circumstances (pets).

We had a problem with "Crazy Ants" and he saw the problem and applied what was necessary inside and outside. Have not had a problem since!

Arrive on time. Pretty much did service but deal was directly followed by a sales pitch.
