Critter Control of Greater Orlando

The field technician communicated through texting but when I called the 800 number for the office no one followed back up with me. It was at that point that I logged my Angie's List account and saw the message from them. They came back because there was more of an issue with sugar ants after they came than before they came. They did come back even after I called them and they explained it was only supposed to be for one visit. The price was fair with them.

Critter Control did come out. It took them a couple of weeks, until Thursday, thought it was squirrels and then they did a certain thing and they took care of it, but then we still heard noise and then they came back again for put something into the attic and they did catch one rat. I guess they took care of it. They just simply locked off a section. He thought that squirrels had gone in into the bottom of a under hang in the house in order to get into the attic. He repaired that, he locked it off and put something since he thought it was squirrel that would allow the squirrel to get out but not go back in. Then we called him because we still heard noise and then he put some traps into the attic and that's when he caught a rat. They were good. I can't complain them. It would have nice to say that they got it at the first time but they came back and didn't charge any additional money. They took care of it right away. I would recommend this company to others.

It went fine. Very courteous service. On time (etc.). I did not feel this company did as good of a job as a prior company that I used that provided same service. Critter Control used a hand held sprayer to treat the exterior while previous company had tank & compressor on the back of the pick-up which I think was much better coverage.

Everything went well. It was easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and they did the work as promised. In addition, the technicians were friendly and courteous when dealing with me.

They came and did what they said they were going to do.

It was super and they were very good and reliable. They got rid of all the ants and we haven’t seen any ants since then. We have used them for a couple of years now and they have been doing a great job. We purchased a service agreement with them for continuous service. The technicians are very good. They treat the outside of the home. I can rely on them and I don’t have to be there when they do the service.

They treat for Florida bugs. It was a good experience. I'm still using them. However, when I read the Big Deal, I thought that the treatment covered a longer period of time than it actually did. I thought that was a little misleading and could be cleared up in future ads.

They were great! After the treatment they had to come back a 2nd time to help eradicate some ants that remained. They didn’t charge us for that, and we’ll be switching over to them for service.

It was a thorough initial visit. I used a coupon for an in home and outside spray. Also I got an estimate to close off exterior access points for rodants and other critters to access my home.

They were fine. They were great. When they came out, I was at work so they took care of everything pretty quickly. So far, so good, I haven't had any bugs as far as I can tell.

Excellent. He pointed out all the entry points and repairs that needed to be done.

It was not as well quite frankly. They did a good job. When you get to their phone, we left numerous messages because I bought several of them and we had to leave numerous messages in order to get a call back.

Everything was fine and nothing was negative. They did a great job.

I used them once off of Angie's List, and they let me know that returning customers would get the same deal in the future. I called them back 5 mths later for a re-spray, and both times they showed up early, not late! Honored the discounted charge, was quick and thorough, and we are completely bug free! I will continue to use them in the future!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. They came the first time, took my money, and I haven't seen or heard from them since, but I don't have any bugs so what do I have to complain about? Supposedly it was half priced, but I have found since that wasn't a good price. They said they were going to come back and spray on the outside, but I have no indication that they have even done that nor have they contacted me to see if it worked or if I need any help. I heard nothing from them. They took my money and then they left. They were responsive when I first called them. I had a squirrel issue. That was the same call as the initial call when I had the squirrel and they did kind of a Rube Goldberg trap that seemed to not work. It indicated there weren't any squirrels in there anymore and then they slapped the pieces under the soffit, closed it off, and charged me $100. It was over and above the bug control so I probably paid them somewhere between $450 and $550. I won't call them again. They said they would come back, but I have no indication that they did. Since I only had one experience with them, they were fine with punctuality. There was nothing wrong with it, they just weren't overly wonderful.

I would definitely call them again. They were exceptionally professional and respectful of my concerns about the toxicity and effectiveness of the pesticide. Six months later and there have been no pests sighted. I highly recommend this provider and the price deal was excellent.

We are currently within the year of service. It's turning out pretty well. There has definitely been improvement with our pest concerns. They have done everything they promised and we've had no problems with them.

Scheduling the appointment was fast & easy and they arrived on time & got the job done as contracted. Excellent staff & service.

We worked with Ryan. He checked all entrances around the house, on the roof and in our attic to ensure all were still intact and repaired as needed. He did locate evidence of an animal that had been going in and out of our stove exhaust fan tunnel which was not covered. He promptly covered the pipe so it could not enter again. We also paid for the year warranty since we seem to be bound to have issues! Ryan was very professional, customer oriented, experienced and easy to work with. He was empathic to our situation with the many issues we have had over the years and understood our desire to try to avoid any future issues.

The provider called back within a few hours, showed up on time. Very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. I didn't spend any additional. It was just normal, I don't have good or bad things to say about the Deal. I might use them again, I don't know,

As far as getting rid of bugs, they did a great job. BUT...I am drafted every other month for service and for the last three visits they have come out early and then also drafted me early. The agreement was that they would draft me on or after the first of the month. Because I am living paycheck to paycheck, this caused me to bounce checks. I did call twice for the first two early drafts and spoke to someone but after the one that happened this month (wasn't supposed to be drafted until Jan), I cancelled my service. I would have rather they come out in the months agreed upon and drafted me in those months.
