Critter Control of Greater Orlando

It didn't go well. They did the treatment, but there was a problem with them not showing up when he was supposed to and then when he did come we had roaches all of sudden and he came in and did the spray for that but they kept coming and I called him back, I had difficulty reaching him and couldn't find any number to call his number and anyway he said that if he came back that he would have to charge me more because we got the $39 treatment so I said you are telling me that what I paid for was not worth anything and so it was the cheap stuff and I said it was not until I threatened to go on facebook and explained to everybody or call Angie's List to go on and give him a bad review that he came back and he sprayed and we still kept having problems so we have somebody else working on it now and they solved it. I would not use them again.

I had an ant problem and he came back to resolve it. I am satisfied with the service.

My experience with Critter control was not as good as I thought it would be. I had terminated their services after a year because they were not as thorough as I thought it would be. So, they did not get rid of the ants which kept coming back inside the house.

We couldn't be happier and have already recommended Critter Control to family. This is a first class service all the way. Will definitely use again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. There were no problems. He was a nice guy and everything was good. They were very pleasant people who did what they were supposed to do. We were happy with the service. I trust they used the right stuff. I was not really having any problem; it was just a preventative service. I am sure everything is great.

Critter Control put in one way traps that allowed the squirrels to get out but not back in. They sealed up the entry holes in my eaves and also sealed some other vent openings on my roof. No squirrels were harmed but they were removed from my soffits!

Every morning they were up and about, running back and forth, eventually taking over our roof and attic. Johnny Shirley was the main person who came out numerous times to deal with this problem--very professional and reassuring. He set no-kill traps in the triangular entrance the squirrels had made, and kept catching MORE and MORE squirrels! Seven total, before we were finished. It took a few weeks to get them all which was frustrating to us (the company wasn't always available on weekends), but in the end, we paid for rustproof PVC covered panels over ALL access points into the roof, so that we didn't have to go through this again. It wasn't cheap, and we still have squirrels running around the OUTSIDE of our home, but none have made it inside again, thankfully. I'd highly recommend them.

They called me to confirm if it was okay to show up early. They showed up a little early which I was grateful for. They were great and they did what they advertised. They said that if I see anything, they come back out a retreat for free. I’d recommend them and in fact I signed up with them for periodic treatments.

I only got an estimate and decided to use a roofing company who was doing work on the roof to cap off the chimney.

They came and they were good. They were on time, fast, did it right away, and they did a good job.

Pleasant and effective man. Inspected the roof and vent openings. At no charge he sealed an opening where the roof meets the outside wall. He appeared to know the technical aspect of his work. Wore shoe covers inside the house. He had a solution to fix my ant problem without putting a line of paste down that winds up acting like glue. Flexible as to payment and appointment procedures. He has the ability not only to treat insect problems, but he also has capacity to treat larger pests.

He came out yesterday. They are really good. He was on time, spent good quality of spray in the yard and the house and told me what they offer and they’ll be coming out the same price every other month.

Although the initial service included inside and outside of the house, subsequent treatments have focused on the outside of the house. Still, I have had no issues with pests, so it must be working.

It went OK. Person spraying the house did not leave any paper except his card. I am not entirely sure if he saw any cockroaches or bugs inside and outside. I would have appreciated more IF he had left some kind of paperwork. Thanks

They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. In a couple of days after I purchased the deal, a person called me and coordinated the schedule.

The service was good. It only lasts for a month or two and then they suggest you set up a monthly or every other month service.

I like everything about them. They were accommodating with making the appointment to the point where they were able to accommodate my request of making my appointment to via text as opposed to phone. They came out when they were scheduled. They were thorough and knowledgeable. They offered other opportunities that fit my situation.

It went well. There is no evidence of bugs nor ants in the house. They are servicing the hone quarterly.

They were professional. I did have a little difficulty in setting up appointment only due to both of us having a busy schedule and missing eAch others phone calls. All on all it was a good experience.

It was a fine experience. Nothing special. They did what they were hired and paid to do.

Well, I should have read the ad better because I thought that the cost of the trap came with the inspection. I already knew I had a critter in the attic. The young man seemed knowledgeable and respectful. He placed a humane trap and came back a week or so later, took it down and temporarily patched up the hole. I will read the ad better next time.
