Excellent service?very responsive. They did a great job and you can't beat the price.

I CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES, LEFT MESSAGES, NO RESPONSE. This company does not answer its messages. Thus I paid for work and then had to get my $ back from Angies list.

They did a good job. They were on time and I think they were professional.

Rick showed up on time and asked if I had any specific concerns. I really did not but he took the time to answer some questions and even offered to put some product in the part of my attic that was easily accessible from the garage. I will definitely call them again if needed.

He seems very knowledgeable and I really liked him. He is a nice guy and not pricey too.

It was perfect. They were very accommodating working around with my schedule. It was just fine and I'm satisfied.

I never followed up and actually scheduled an appointment

He arrived on time, like he said he would, and explained what service he would be doing. Signed up for a whole year afterwards.

The provider came on time. He serviced in the house and around the outside perimeter for bugs. He gave us options for continuing with them on a yearly contract. Was not pushy.

He came in time and applied the pesticide. We didn't see ants after that. It looks good for us.

It went well but the problem we were having with moths did not resolve

They got back to us after leaving a message for scheduling and there were no troubles. The technician explained the cause of the pests and how they got here. We didn’t have any more problems after they completed the work. Our experience with them was good.

All-in-all, everything went well. The young man that arrived to make the initial inspection (Johnny?), and give me the estimate, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the process would be to trap the critters and what areas would need to be patched afterwards. Though the price seemed high, I was ready to get the job done as not many companies do this type of work. After the first two critters were caught and the patch work was completed, they had to return one more time since I observed a rat pushing open a, presumed, sealed area. They returned right away, set another trap, caught the last critter, and resealed the area. We have had no problems since then.

Very pleasant experience. Provider was on time and performed services quickly and efficiently. No more bugs after the treatment!

I ordered the coupon and called on it shortly after receiving. Was told the technician for the Brandon area would give me a call. I waited about two weeks and no call. Had the birth of a child and called back sometime in late November, early December to have service. Same line, no response.

I bought this deal in August 2013 Initial meeting and treatment went well. Called them for a retreat in September or October 2013. There was a miscommunication probably caused by me. The gentleman who came to the house sprayed outside again for spiders, but left us a quote for an annual service. So, I withheld rating the company at that time. They came to my home in March or April 2014 for the spring outside treatment. Everything was fine, no bugs in the house. Yesterday I was having the house inspected for termites by the company originally used by the builder for termite protection. Found ants in the windowsill in a spare bedroom and had a spider in the house. I called the company and left a message yesterday. I should hear back from them on Monday. I got a quote from the termite protection company for annual services. I have til July to make a decision whether or not to change providers. I'm leaning towards changing providers.

They were treating for bugs like cockroaches. They did a fine job, and came out the one time.

I purchased a deal for Critter Control. Jim the pest control guy was very professional and treated my home. He called as promised to tell me he was coming today which worked out perfect for me. I will definitely continue using Critter Control for my pest control needs.

Technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He performed a thorough inspection inside and outside of our home noting potential trouble spots. He discussed any concerns I had noted. He applied pesticides inside to treat active infestations and outside to prevent future ones. He spent time explaining any problems he found. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to have them come back for future pest control services.

Fantastic! Very pleased with thoroughness and results. Used this company twice before contracting for regular, bi-monthly treatments. Was promised I could schedule for a re-do if they were unable to gain access to the property (it is a rented, vacation home) during the un-scheduled treatments. Unfortunately, the last treatment, they did not return my phone call to re-schedule another treatment indoors. However, I called today to schedule the fourth treatment, and they worked me into their already booked schedule for the week. Will continue to use them as they are more affordable and the man who performs the treatments is very congenial and thorough.

It went fine. The price was a little high for what I got. I think it would have been good if they had used a little more of the product because there really wasn't a long-term difference. By the end of the month I would start to see pests again. However, I'd use them again if I still lived in the area.

We were bug free before and appear to still be bug free.

Other than the initial communication which took 2 weeks Rick was fantastic.

Rick Miller was very professional and listened to my complaints about insect pests. He was very thorough and spent adequate time to answer my questions about what I could do to control very small ants and silverfish. The small insect traps he set around the house have been effective so far. I'll use this service again on a scheduled basis (2-3x a year) because quoted prices seem reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend this company to others.
