+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD JUST BECAUSE THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. IT WAS FINE UNTIL IT CRASHED AGAIN. THE PEOPLE WERE FINE. I BRING IT IN, THEY CALL ME, AND THAT'S IT. THEY DO IT AS FAST AS THEY CAN.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE HARD DRIVE ON THE COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HOW THEY ACTED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND RESPECTFUL. THEY DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE I WAS IGNORANT. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME. THE DELIVERY DIDN'T COME. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I NEVER COULD GET A RESPONSE. THEY'RE DELIVERY SERVICE COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL. I COULDN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER AND HAVEN'T GOT A RESPONSE IN THREE WEEKS. COMPUSA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: IT WAS WARRANTY WORK. I HAD SOME UPDATES DONE AND SOMETHING WITH THE DRIVE. IT KEPT LOCKING UP ON US. THEY TOOK CARE OF A VIRUS.

+ -1 moreI have been pleased with CompUsa in the past so I knew that the service department would repair my computer. I dropped off my laptop and in about 20 minutes the buttons were fixed.
Description of Work: I was having some trouble with the buttons of my laptop popping off, so I took my computer there.

+ -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEES AT COMPUSA WERE VERY HELPFUL. EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD HAVE EASILY SOLD ME A NEW COMPUTER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS HONEST AND TOLD ME MY CURRENT LAPTOP WAS FINE WITH THE ADDITION OF ADDITIONAL MEMORY. IT COST ME VERY LITTLE TO GET MY COMPUTER CAPABLE OF DOING WHAT I NEEDED.
Description of Work: I HAVE AN OLDER APPLE LAPTOP COMPUTER THAT WOULD NOT RUN SOME NEW SOFTWARE I PURCHASED. COMPUSA INSTALLED ADDITIONAL MEMORY AND THE COMPUTER RUNS GREAT.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. I LEARNED SO MUCH FROM THIS TRAINING. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SUBJECT.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED COMPUTER TRAINING IN MICROSOFT OFFICE. THIS TRAINING HELPED ME UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAMS IN MY JOB.
