+ 1 moreHe verbally gave me a bid of $25,000. I had another bid of $20,000, so he was expensive. He failed to respond to my emails in a timely manner, and also arrived 20 minutes after our appointment, and probably 10 minutes to review the property and give me the estimate. I waited longer than it took him to review the property.
Description of Work: I contacted Benchmark Building Group Inc. They came out to do an inspection for contract repairs.
