+ -1 moreClled twice, set up an appointment to get an estimate for 4 palm trees pruning. It's an annual thing here in Central Florida. On the third call, someone finally came to the house, 2 hours late, and gave me a price. I actually increased the price because I needed this done now. They agreed and the date was set for today at noon. At 12 noon I called and left a message, again at 2PM. At 4PM I clled the service again and simply told her the only message I had was to forget it and cancel the 'non-service' they almost provided. I have better things to do with my life than sit around and wait for non responsive people to come and provide a service and be paid a bonus to do it.
Description of Work: Nothing. Never returned calls or met appointment time and date. Left 4 messages with their 'answering' service without a response. So either Bowman has no people skills or they need another answering service.

+ -1 moreOverall the work and workmen were on time, got the job done to our satisfaction and left our yard in very good condition.
Description of Work: An estimate was given to remove a tree in our front yard including the stump. The crew showed up the next afternoon and cut down the tree and cleaned up the debris. The next day they removed stump and above ground roots and once again removed all the debris and leveled the ground out. The crew was really polite and were all hard workers. I would recommend them to everyone.

+ -1 moreI didn't get a chance to talk to them because they didn't have the courtesy to return either of my 2 phone calls.
Description of Work: I called Bowman's and asked them to come to give me a quote to remove 2 trees, stump included. No return phone call. Because a friend had used Bowman's successfully and because they got a good rating on Angie's List, I waited 3 days and called again. Both times a woman took a message with my name and phone number. I have been waiting 3 weeks and have never gotten the courtesy of a return phone call. If Bowman's is so unreliable about returning phone calls, I can't imagine how unreliable they would be in doing work.

+ -1 moreWe have used them several times. I liked that the actual owner comes out at your house. He does send a crew which is great and all the guys are great but he actually shows up on the job. He has all the times we have used him and that is a nice thing to know he is checking personally on his workers and we enjoy that. That is one reason we call them back.
Description of Work: I used the services of Bowman Tree Svc three years ago to take out hedge bushes.
