My order went in one 6/8/17 and the windows were installed until 8/3/17. I was originally told by Emily my order would be ready in a week. After I called her two weeks later, she said there was an accident with the glass. They had to reorder. Weeks went by and finally I spoke to Dawn and she arranged for installation. Emily did call back the day before delivery and told me I needed to answer my phone or they would pass me by. One window looks great and the other window is awful. It looks like a giant fish bowl or fun house mirror. It has several defects. I called the next day to question the quality and AJ called me back and was extremely rude. He said that's how those windows look. I told him the one he took out looked better. He offered to replace it with regular glass. I don't want regular glass, we ordered impact resistant. After we discussed it he said it was the only offer they would make and it was too late because I signed the invoice. I'm sorry I didn't check out the window before I signed. Now I'm stuck with a horrible picture window on the front of my home. I'm calling another glass company to get this right. BTW - while the installers were here they were saying very bad things about their previous customer. My advice...don't call Atlas Glass and Mirror!

They were good. They gave me a great price. I thought it was very reasonable for what they did. They worked with me on it. It was for my grand daughter. It is a little antique mirror for make up. It was unusual, older, and the mirror was broken. I took the mirror frame in and they literally cut a mirror for it. They did a great job.

We recently obtained a curio cabinet that had missing shelves, including one very odd sized insert. We cut a template out of pressed board for the unusual sized missing insert and had two remaining shelves. We contacted Atlas. They said they could cut custom glass from our template (even though it was roughly measured) and make additional shelves. We took the template and an example shelf in on Thursday, July 9th. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and informative. They took the time to help us choose the correct glass at the best price. They measured more than "twice" before cutting once to make sure everything was the correct size. They told us that the 3 shelves and 1 custom cut glass insert would be ready the next day. We didn't need the shelves that soon so we came back the following Monday for pick up. We put 50% down and 50% at pickup. The total cost was <$100. The transaction was easy and stress free. The staff really made us feel at home and that our little order was just as important as any other. The glass fit perfectly in the cabinet. If we have any other future glass needs - we'll be using Atlas.

Everything went very smoothly-from original measurements to installation. Everyone was professional from office staff to installers.

On June 26, 2015, I went into the Altamonte Springs office to request service. They sent two estimators to my home on June 30, 2015, to look at the job I wanted. After I did not hear from them, I called on July 8, 2015, to find out what happened and I was told by the company contact that they would try to get together with he estimators to see what was going on with my request. On July 17, 2015, I received a call from the office telling me that my request was denied and they would not do the job. I have a glass enclosed porch with sliding doors and two glass panels. One of the panels had been build up with plywood to hold an A/C window unit. I wanted to have this panel replaced with glass like the other panel so I would have all glass and no A/C unit. The office contact said, they would not do it because they were concerned with future leaks. I feel they took a long time to get back to me, but I am glad they did not attempt to do a job beyond the scope of the skills and expertise. I contacted another company in Sanford, and they did an excellent job replacing the wood panel and A/C unit with glass.i

I had called several glass companies looking for a silicone edge wipe to fill the gap between the edge of my glass shower door and the fixed glass. (Water had been splashing against the fixed glass and getting through the 5/16and quot; gap ) The responses from other companies ranged for disinterest to outright rude. Then I reached Atlas Glass... The woman showed genuine interest and good knowledge of the silicone products available. She found the exact product I needed, then checked if they had it in stock. They did and so I drove over to their store. The product comes pre-cut in 8 foot lengths. I only needed 6 feet, and so the woman only charged me for 6 feet, but gave me the whole 8 feet. Note: Both during initial contact and face to face, the woman had a jovial demeanor and even made small jokes when giving driving directions. I left their store with the right product and a smile on my face. Excellent.

Measured perfectly, cut perfectly, installed quickly and perfectly. Excellent job, guys!

Got what I was looking for. the woman at the front desk was helpful regarding what kind of 'grind' and corners. She also supplied some rubber feet and plastic discs that I might need.

They did a good job overall but they could work on their punctuality.

I had a couple of broken windows so I took them the measurements and they literally did it for me while I waited. When I brought them back they were cut to the right size and the edges were smooth and so I didn't cut myself. It was a good fit and it was a reasonable price to have it done. I was pleased with what they did.

The job went fine. The insurance paid for it. They did a good job and they were punctual.

The job went fine overall. I talked to them on the phone. They went to the house and fixed it. Then they called and asked me for my credit card number. I gave them that and it was all done. I didn't meet anybody. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. They did it for the price they said. The work was fine. The nice thing was that the work was done on a rental house of mine. It takes me an hour to get there. I didn't have to be there for them to do the work. It was very convenient for me.

They were here when they said they would be. They completed the work. They did what they said they would do.

Called to get window glass replaced at 8:00pm, said they could be out in the next hour. It was an hour and a half. Had it replaced in a hour. Everything went fine.

THEY WERE BASICALLY JUST AVERAGE. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM RETURNING PHONE CALLS. WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT A CERTAIN TIME, THEY WERE RUNNING LATE WHICH I THINK IS FAIRLY STANDARD IN THAT INDUSTRY.
