Description of Work: We called our Home Warranty Company because the Pool Pump broke. The Warranty Company sent At Your Home Pools. They replaced the motor in the pump and everything has been working well. They were very professional and seems to know the business well. I would not hesitate to use them again!!

Description of Work: THE GREEN SWAMP! We purchased a home with a pool that had turned into a swamp. At Your Pool Service spent the time with me over the phone to explain what was going on with the pool and the different ways to go about fixing it. After our initial call a service tech came to the house and determined that the best corse of action was to drain clean the pool. The tech put the pump in the pool on saturday and cleaned the pool on Sunday. The tech walked 25, 5 gallon buckets of sludge from the pool. He then applied a chemical and cleaned the pool surface.

Description of Work: I notice that the pool spa water level was dropping below the jets. I initially thought that it was a crack in the spa. I called Florida Leak Locators, the technician came and check the entire pool and the plumbing. The technician founded that the reason why the spa water level was dropping was that the check valve for the spa is bad, but the spa and the pool are in excellent condition. The crack in the spa was not leaking but he patched anyway. As for the check valve his recommendation was to leave it like that because for some unknown reason is underground and the cost to fix it is too high. I have a home warranty that covers the pool, so a few months later I put a service request to get the check valve fix. The warranty send At Your Pool Service to fix. When the technician finally arrived I explained him the issue with the check valve and where the check valve was locate. So he dogged about 6 inches deep and came back to tell that since the check valve was underground it will require the home warranty approval. I paid him the $75 service fee and asked him what if the warranty did not approve the work. He said that they will provide a quote for the work and I asked him if the $75 will cover part of the cost and he said most likely.
