Description of Work: put on siding on house. If you are in a hurry to get work done he may not be your man but if you can wait a week or two to get work done he does a great job. Only issue was he left the phone line louse and I had to reattach it to the house

 + 2 moreNancy called me in the morning to advise that the installer Dave was running a little behind schedule. This worked out perfectly for me. When Dave arrived he went straight to work after re-affirming the work to be done. He asked me where I would prefer the screen door. Center left or right. We discussed it and agreed that Center would be the best choice. The screen room is beautiful very solid and I feel very secure. Dave also explained how the automatic door closure works. I am very pleased with the entire project. Thank you Aluminum Man: Bob, Nancy and Dave.
Description of Work: Enclosed an 8ft by 17ft covered patio with screen and door.

 + 1 moreBob showed up when he said he would. He only used his employees, not subcontractors. He was conscientious. He was pleasant to have around. We have not had any problems with the roof in the five months that it's been in. I am frugal, so I'm never happy with the cost of anything!
Description of Work: Bob replaced our flat roof and worked with our roofer (who was replacing our shingled roof at the same time). He tore out the existing roof and installed a new 9' by 28' aluminum walk on insulated roof. He changed the existing fascia board made sure the flat roof was properly attached to the house. He installed a new, wider gutter and downspout. He attached two fan beams.
