They didn't show up. Sent email but no one responds. Paid for the service. Asking for refund.

Alpha Dog Air is now known as Dash Pro Services. The receptionist says that there is no change in ownership, just a name change. They installed a central air conditioning system in my residence. They did not remove the old compressor pad and place the new pad on top of the old like a totem. This left a large gap between the compressor and the ground. I called them to fix it. Someone came out but did nothing. Further calls for service have gone unanswered. The unit stopped working entirely over the weekend and I made another call for service and have still have no response. Today is Wednesday. They don't seem to have any follow up service.

They sent out a couple of different technicians. They were late for every appointment. They canceled or were a "no show" more than once. They don't keep their word on what they tell you. Other jobs were more important and they put me off. I DO NOT recommend this company!!! They made me feel second to everything else, like I was an afterthought . . . Even though I paid them THOUSANDS of dollars! 👎👎

Tech Johnatan professional and on time; showed me all areas needing work and provided options . Erin at office got us scheduled same day and very cordial ! Excellent work and confident follow up there if needed

Great service. We first contacted Alpha Air when our a/c went out. Alpha Air arrived promptly to repair the a/c and did a great job. We then contracted with Alpha Air to install a new a/c system. Alpha Air provided prompt service, was punctual to all meeting times, and was very responsive to all questions. They did a great job.
