Owner of the company took care of everything! Kept me updated when the windows were ordered, delivered, when the windows would be installed and followed up with me a few weeks later after install. He was very easy to work with. He educated me on what a house needs for windows, designs etc. He wasn't trying to sell me more expensive windows for no reason. Painless, stress-free job. Great pricing. He even had all the paper work ready for the rebate for OUC to make it easier for me. House was clean by windows after install. I had about 8 vendors come in for estimates ended up choosing this company for 2 reasons price & personality.

OK, this is a difficult review to do because we had two completely different impressions and there are several factors that played into the experience. First off, the product is fantastic. They deal almost exclusively in PGT windows, which are well rated for southern US environments. Since the windows were installed, we've had a noticeable improvement in temperature in our second floor, and specifically, a room that was always well warmer than the others is now at even temperature. The new windows are also much easier to clean and in dealing with the screens (put in/take out). A+ products. The price was also excellent. Initial price was reasonable, but then the owner let us know that we could get a discount on the products because he was putting in a bulk order, so we got almost $1000 off the original quote. Not cheap, but a great value. Greg, the owner, is very easy to deal with and isn't pushy or doesn't use high-pressure sales tactics. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything, and even when he contacted us about the bulk order discount if we agreed to the order in the next several days, it wasn't a very high-pressure pitch, just letting us know about a potential for savings. We had already agreed that we were going to go with him by that point, anyway. All of our issues (the 'B's and 'C's in the rating) came with the contractor that Greg used to do the removal and new install. And even then, one of the workers was perfectly fine; the other (who may have been the lead) left us with a bad impression and created a number of problems. Moreover, we have a two-story, and Greg admitted that he doesn't usually have many two-story jobs in the area, as most houses where the windows need replacing are single-story. Two-story houses also take longer due to the fact that windows set within stucco-over-wood (as they are on most second-stories) require the stucco to be sawed to get the windows out, which also creates a big dusty mess. This makes the going a lot slower, and I don't believe the contractor had budgeted for this extra time and extra work. It really seemed as if the work was getting sloppier as the project went on; The first windows done upstairs were done well, but by the time the last few were going in on the second day, it really looked like they were trying to get out of here. Among the issues we had with the contractor were poor cleanup (lots of dust and debris left lying around), a broken marble sill (which Greg replaced), a broken shutter (which was deducted from the cost and reinstalled), ripped screens and poor handling of the products prior to installation, inadequate caulking/sealing, missing finishing pieces like screw caps, rushing work (especially near the end once they realized that it was taking longer than they had anticipated), and general bad demeanor. So all things considered, we're happy with the product. What we're not happy about is the way the work was done, especially with rushing to finish up. Right now, we don't recommend going with All-American if you have a multi-story house, as the contractor was not prepared for the amount of work involved. For a simpler single-story, block construction job, though, I think they'd do better. But overall I think the size and amount of effort required wasn't understood or communicated as well as it should have been. Update: The exact situation since the installation is too crazy to explain here in detail, but here is the message that was sent directly to the owner of the company in February 2016 I wanted to thank you and your contractors for completely ruining our lives for the past year. You and your contractors grossly mis-measured the window in the dining room, then attempted to force the too-large window into the space using hammers to pound on the window and the stucco that not only damaged the window but has also damaged the stucco on the outside of the house so that there is cracking that lets additional water in and now needs to be sealed up prior to closing in the drywall. We are hoping to finally have things done by March, but who knows anymore. We have had to resort to the restoration contractor to repair the stucco, which will be additional money from our pockets beyond the insurance claim. During the 7 months that the wall in the dining room has been open, we have had to pass on multiple occasions to entertain people, and could not set up for Xmas this year, which was extremely h****** my wife. It was also extremely embarrassing to have the restoration company in, ready to complete the repairs, only to find that your contractors? ?fix? was still leaking in more water. They are none too happy with you either. You should be ashamed of the contractors that you employ. They are impatient, unprofessional, crude, and irresponsible. They have no respect for peoples? property nor for doing a half-decent job. You?d be wise to find others before they cause you major problems that take your business under. The second contractor was being kind when he pointed out all the issues that he found while removing the dining room window. God only knows the true condition of the remaining windows. I would hope we?ll never have to find out. But if anything else comes up, we will be sure to contact your and your contractors? insurance companies, along with the Attorney General?s office. We will never consider your company again for any job, and will never recommend you to anyone looking for replacement windows. You may have done the best you could, but it certainly wasn?t enough. In my opinion, we ought to be refunded the entire cost of the job ($8900) to make up for this ridiculous series of circumstances. ?Sorry? just isn?t going to cut it. Good luck with your business. After searching various window companies I contacted All American Exteriors. The representative came out and measured all my windows and gave me a reasonable quote and I signed the contract. The windows were ordered and was installed within 3 weeks. All work was completed on time and on schedule. The workers who installed the windows were very professional and did an excellent job. I felt the price was adequate for the amount of windows that was replaced. I am extremely satisfied with the windows and would definitely use All American Exteriors if I have to have any more windows replaced.

Working with All-American Exteriors made me feel like I really found a gem. There are all sorts of people in the industry and this company really delivered on their promise; to replace my old single-pane aluminum windows with double-pane low-e vinyl windows that would not only fix the condensation and draft issues, but they would cut down on noise. All-American quoted me a fair price below serious competitors and promised to have them delivered and installed in 3-4 weeks. They really kept that promise. Throughout the entire process, they were punctual, professional, on-time, friendly and most importantly, they got the job done. I cant say enough good things about this company; should I need more window replacements in the future, I will definitely contact All-American Exteriors!

It went very well. Quality of work was great, had not issues with any of the graded categories. We had several estimates from other companies. With All American exteriors there was absolutely NO PRESSURE from them. We were very pleased with their service and how they handled themselves. They worked in a very clean manner and did not leave any mess behind. They were very responsive to follow up on their job.

The sales person was knowledgeable, professional and showed up the day of the installation to ensure the work was proceeding as contracted. The installers were punctual, experienced, courteous and very thorough. The work was completed on time and we love our new windows! I would highly recommend All American Exteriors.

We had used this company previously for new storm double glass windows so we called them again when we needed a sliding replacement door. The door was delivered on time and they did a lovely job of installing it. I find this company very professional but personal. They are very concerned about your needs and plan solutions. I would recommend them to my friends.

It went very good, and they were top notch.

I ordered two new windows, and after 2 weeks for the new windows to be manufactured to my sizes, the installers arrived and completed the replacement. My old windows were over 50 years old and it took a while for the old ones to be removed, but the installers quickly got the new windows in place. The installers provided a drop cloth, and cleaned up after themselves. The foreman made a trip to Home Depot to purchase some trim strips because there was a little gap around the new front room window, and the strips were trimmed to fit. I was not charged extra for the trim strips. The new windows look great, and I am very satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend for this company for new doors or windows.

The sales presentation was very thorough and Mr. Wooten was very knowledgeable of the industry and the products available. We chose beige vinyl windows and door for our home and were extremely pleased with the product and how the installation was made. Their service was very punctual and professional. I also liked utilizing a company that offers products manufactured in Florida. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors in the future. I chose All American from Angie's List recommendations/ratings and was not disappointed.

They arrived very promptly on the day they were scheduled and finished the whole job in 1 hour and 40 minutes! It was an excellent job with no flaws that I could spot. I am very pleased with the work they did. I am really enjoying my beautiful, easily opened sliding doors.

Things went really well. Took all the measurements and ordered windows. They came in a few weeks later. Installed in about 5 hours. Did a great job and he windows are beautiful.

They were on time, finished the job as promised, they were clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have had my windows about 5 years and am very satisfied with them. I found them very friendly and courteous. I will use them again if I ever need windows.

The whole process was very smooth. Greg had been recommended to me by two of my close neighbors. From the time I first talked with him on the phone through his last visit at the end of the installation process, I was comfortable with his expertise and professionalism. He knew the legal requirements, insurance requirements, reimbursement requirements from my electric company and the IRS. He knew specifications of windows and what worked best for Florida, and he knew about all the improvements that had been made in the quality of the glass as well as the window structure itself. My neighbor had recommended I purchase aluminum and not vinyl windows. Greg and I discussed pros and cons, and I, with certainty, selected aluminum windows. The installers arrived on time on the day agreed upon. It rained halfway through the installation, so we agreed they would return the next day early, which they did. Greg was on site both days and then returned for the walkthrough. I was very satisfied then and am even more satisfied now. I had decided to make the investment of new windows to reduce the heat coming through my old windows into my home. These windows are phenomenal! My home immediately became more comfortable. And the other discovery is the enjoyment of being able to easily open the windows - I chose sliding windows and I love them! We have had some wonderfully cool weather for a few days and getting the natural breeze has been awesome!

They came when they said they would and did the whole job in one day. They left the area neat and clean. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

The owner, Greg visited our home to give us an estimate on work to be performed. Greg arrived on time, and made a good presentation, having samples to show us, so we could see and inspect the product offered. While on premise, Greg worked up an estimate before he left, and asked that we contact him if we were going to utilize his company. My wife and I got 2 other estimates for the job, and after reviewing them, we were pretty much sold on Greg. Prior to us calling, Greg called us and said that he had another order to place, and if we were to place at the same time, it would save both jobs more money. We accepted his offer and he placed the order for the windows and the door. He stated it would be no more than 3 weeks and should be available in 2, as each unit was made to the specific specs of the job. Greg called within 2 weeks and we set a date to have the work performed. The installers arrived on Friday the 1st of June, and while in the process of installing the 2 front windows, a heavy rain started. They said they would finish the 2 front windows, but did not want to procede any further, as that would involve tracking in mud and debris. I appreciated this and they returned Monday the 4th to finish the job. They again arrived punctually, and zipped through the install of the remaining windows and the sliding door. The product installed was excellent, and the finish work was also of excellent quality. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Greg is an absolute professional and so easy to work with. I moved into my 1948 house last year and realized none of the windows had screens on them. Greg had done some work for me previously when I had new windows installed in my last home. He came out and measured each window (they were all different sizes and not standard) and placed the order. A few of the screens were not quite the right size so he happily remeasured and reordered the screens. No attitude, no problems. I felt like I hired an honest man to do the work for me and am very pleased. I will definitely give him a call again if a window/screen issue comes up again.

The price was very competitive and they did quality work. The installer was good.
