"He was here whenever he said he was going to be here. They followed through with everything exactly the way that he had explained that he would. But we had someone else initially remodel the bathrooms, and they did a really bad job that made them unusable, and he was able to come in and write the following: that and this, everything, and make professional suggestions for things that should have been done the right way. There were also a lot of professional suggestions as to what grout we needed. He’s very helpful in getting the correct tile and grout to make sure that our showers will last for years."

"He was here whenever he said he was going to be here. They followed through with everything exactly the way that he had explained that he would. But we had someone else initially remodel the bathrooms, and they did a really bad job that made them unusable, and he was able to come in and write the following: that and this, everything, and make professional suggestions for things that should have been done the right way.
