They never responded

He did not finish the work. He did two of the four lawns and now says he will only do the roof if I buy all the materials myself. I'm not a roofing contractor and have no idea what to get and told him that. His response was to send me a materials list to go and get for him. He is changing the price of the project in the middle of the job and trying to get me to pay more. He was the one that talked me into replacing the flat roof rather then repair it. The oral contract that we had was to pay half up front to pay towards the materials. He is now asking me to go out and buy the materials. He did not even put a tarp down to help with any rain. He is now stating that he will refund me $1100.00 of the $1250.00 that I had already paid. So that mean that I have now paid him $150.00 to mow two lawns. His ads list the prices for his lawn mowing services much lower. He then went back to say that the cost of $2500.00 only covered two lawns, not four like we originally agreed upon.

Once, a rock from the back yard flew and broke a window pane while the crew was mowing, and they paid for the window repair, no questions asked. Fidel and his assistant cut two limbs that were growing toward my house. This involved climbing the tree for access and dropping the limbs without scraping my house or damaging landscaping. The work was done promptly, professionally, and reasonably. They sought my input on how it looked as they completed the work. I am very pleased.

I had four estimates and decided to use Lawn and Order. When I called them and said I wanted them to take down the tree, Mario immediately arranged a specific day that they would be at my home. Promptly on the arranged day his team arrived. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. The limbs were carefully taken down to protect the gardens and the fence. Next they felled the tree with amazing precision!
All the wood was sawed up and taken by wheelbarrow out through the gate in my fence as they could not bring large equipment into the back yard.
We then decided that several large oak trees had branches almost touching my roof. They were meticulous about carefully pruning back only what was needed to get the job done right. When the entire job was done, they swept the driveway and closed my garden gate and you would not know they had ever been there. Quiet, proficient, and treated my yard as if it was theirs. Left it raked and cleared of the tiniest bit of debris.
I heartily recommend this company. My neighbors even came over and said how professional the men were at my house.

The crew put in a hard day and we were very satisfied with their professionalism, work ethic and the results of their labor. We will definitely schedule them again as needed and have already recommended them to others.

We just bought the house and we needed some yard clean up. The trees hadn't been trimmed in a long time and we couldn't mow the lawn without hitting our head so we decided to hire Lawn and Order to clean them up along with shaping our over grown holly hedges. There was also a small bush/tree in the middle of my back yard that I had no idea what it was. When they came, he told me what the bush likely was and we discussed removing it. They did a fantastic job, the trees look great and the bush was removed - I can barely tell it was even there! They took the branches and things they trimmed and did a very good clean-up job where they had worked. Very professional....I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were very happy with Lawn & Order's excellent yard clean-up service. They were courteous, professional, hard-working, and easy to work with. We were very impressed with the way they handled things around our yard without being asked or expected. Our front & back yards look great thanks to them. We will definitely use them again!

It went very well.  They were prompt, courteous and very hard working.  I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing lawn maintenance work. 

Lawn and Order crew arrived on time, was very courteous and thorough. Beds had been neglected for a couple of years, and it showed. We were preparing our home for a family event and didn't want to be embarrassed. I'm getting to an age where I just can't take adequate care of an acre of property, so I relied on L&O to make the yard presentable. They did a great job! While not the cheapest crew around, I would recommend their work to anyone!

They arrived promptly at 8:00am and worked hard until it was done. i am pleased.

Responded to my call quickly and came out the next day for a free estimate-called to let me know he was running late and came when he said he would. Estimate was very fair-this was a big job.  Scheduled work for the following day and he came right at the agreed time. Was very professional and friendly and he gave me some helpful pointers. Completed the job quickly and efficiently.

This is a class-act lawn service.  Lawn & Order is a hard-working team of good men who came to my overgrown five acres and completely cleared all of it.  They are very clean-cut men who go above and beyond what you ask for.  My property looks fantastic!! I am very pleased with their hard work and good manners.  I will call them again when the occasion arises.  I am very pleased with the price of service, as well.  AWESOME WORK.

He was a little late for the walk through but showed up and gave me a quote later that day.  I sent him the written list above and set up a start date of Monday the 28th.  They showed up first thing and cleaned up the yard better then it has been cleaned in 10yrs!!  It looks amazing!  This is a rental and we live 5 hrs away, so don't get up often.  He sent pictures of all the work done and the tenants verified.  I couldn't be happier.  I have decided to use him for our maintenance as well and am looking forward to many yrs of having quality work done with no worries on my part!!

I called one day and was called back right away. They came  the next day, looked at my yard and got right to work. My grass was rather long due to my other yard guy had moved. I thought the price was a little high compared to what I was paying before but if they do everything that was mentioned, my yard will be the best looking one on the block.
