They were incredible. Very professional and informative. They arrived around 0850 assessed the situation and got right to work. My old water heater was 28 yrs old so they had to adapt the connections to fit the new water heater. They were done a little before 1300. The reason I initially called was because there was water flowing into my downstairs bathroom. Leak was fixed and I now can use my downstairs bathroom without taking a shower. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs, I will gladly call them again if needed.

Our 20 year-old hot water heater was leaking. Gatordrain sent out "BJ" and he quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater with a new one. He explained everything as he did it. He cleaned up after the job was done and even hauled away the old unit. We felt he was very trustworthy and are pleased with the work. We plan to call again if we ever need more plumbing work done.

The plumbers were on time and extremely courteous. They were totally professional and explained the problem and their solution. After fixing the problems, they showed me that the showers worked correctly and had me verify that it was done to my satisfaction. They were very efficient in their work with no unnecessary chit-chat. I took their cards so that I could call them again, if we need someone.
