The service was fine. We used them for about a year and ended in June. They charged $26 a week. They cut our grass too short once and that caused it to die. They fixed it as best they could, though. The price was fair and was market value.

So. The work is beautiful and I couldn't be more thrilled. The issue is contact. We called for an estimate and Justin came out within just a couple of days. He spent a good deal of time listening to what we wanted regarding the landscaping and installation of a fire pit with a surrounding paved area. It took a little over a week to get us the quote, which we signed and accepted. Then ... the waiting began. The only thing I can say that is negative is the failure for the company to contact us to let us know when they would get started, and when we were contacted and told when someone would be out, it didn't happen. I had to call several times. The pavers were finally delivered to our home but sat for over 3 weeks. During that time, I continuously called and finally, almost 2 months after having signed the contract, work began. Once it started, it went very quickly and we are so very pleased with the result. We had an area just off our front porch that had basically turned to dirt. One of the supervisors asked if we wanted sod laid up to the porch, I asked if he had any other suggestion. He said he thought it would soon turn to dirt with all the walking and suggested we put pavers down to make a large entrance way, which we did. It's beautiful. The fire pit area is wonderful and over all we couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them again, and will probably do so soon, and when that happens I'll be more prepared for the more-than-likely delay in getting the work done. The quality and price of the work is worth the wait - if you have the patience.

Overall experience was terrible. After requesting a quote, it took quite a while to get a call back to set up an appointment, then after getting a quote and accepting the proposal in writing, weeks went by with no calls or returned calls from messages left. Finally, after agreeing that the work would start on Saturday, we got the wrong pavers delivered, then two more weeks went by with no calls or returned calls from messages. After about two months after I requested the original quote, I had to give up and cancel the work altogether. Justin was the company representative and while he seems like a nice guy, he does not communicate with his customers.

We have been very pleased with this company. Pete came out to our house and walked around the area helping us plan out what we wanted to do. He was extremely knowledgeable and we were impressed with his expertise. He then drew up a diagram and plans and sent them to us. The estimate was about double what we were planning on (originally we also figured in a paved seating area, 2 irrigation zones and more plants). Pete and Justin were very willing to sit down and help us pare down our ideas a bit to get within our price range. We came to an agreeable figure and Pete walked around the nursery with us describing all the plants and recommending the ones he thought would do well in our yard. Justin came out with the work crews to remove the things that needed to go and do the work that needed to be done. Everything came out great and we were very happy with the look of our new back yard. Several times after the yard was put in, we had a few concerns: more mulch was needed in an area and we couldn't get the sprinkler to work. Justin was always very accommodating. He never gave us a hard time about our concerns, rather said he would be out to take care of the problems and he kept his word. Pete and Justin have been great to work with and all the people associated with the business have done a great job.
