Description of Work: I brought the 2 expensive silk on cotton Persian rugs to the firm to avoid a $50 each way delivery fee (they were not large). The estimate did not include the fabric protection treatment which was an extra $100. Though the former issues were not expected the prompt completion of the cleaning ~2 weeks and its excellence was deeply appreciated.

The actual cost was less than what I ha paid to Angie's List AND I was told I was unable to use the left over $ towards another service, such as cleaning an upholstered chair. Therefore, although I was pleased with the rug cleaning, I will not use them again or recommend them to friends.
