They called me the day before to confirm and called prior to arrival. Both Ron and Dale were courteous and professional. No mess left behind and chimney was left in neat and tidy fashion. Will recommend to neighbors and friends and will definitely use their services again.

I called the office and an appointment was made for the next day. Dave and Dale called the house about 15 minutes before they arrived. One man cleaned the dryer vent and the other the chimney. They were both very courteous, professional, and confident in their work. They were informative and explained what they were doing and also helped us interpret the level of build-up that was present. Upon completion, they thoroughly vacuumed the work site and left everything spotless. I will definitely use this company again, but on a more frequent basis as both issues left unattended could be a fire hazard.

Dale was excellent. He called 30 minutes before the appointment time to get directions to my address. He was on time. The service took about an hour (maybe a little longer). He took the time to show me cracks in the brick which should not be problematic based on my intended usage. He also showed me how to open and close the damper because I have never had a fireplace before. The price was comparable to another quote, but I was able to get an appointment the next day. The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful, easy going, and interested in obtaining my business.

Chimney Sweeps Of America were excellent. I couldn't believe they were willing to come all they way down here, but they did. Their price might have been a little higher, but their availability was better. Some people I called couldn't come out for a couple months they were so busy, but these guys came out within a couple days of me calling. They showed up earlier than they said they would.
