In making the decision to put in a new kitchen countertop, we researched & spoke to several fabricators. We decided to use Alachua Granite and are SO glad we did. Ivan (the proprietor) brought many talents to the task. He has an artist eye which resulted in the countertop having beautiful flow and moment. He also made recommendations which added ?pop? to the final result. He exhibited craftsmanship in his work. The finished product is lovely - no gaps, level & caulked well. Also, he is patient and flexible. We ran into plumbing issues which had to be resolved before he could start & he was understanding about the delay. Finally, he was very competitively priced. I would highly recommend Alachua Granite.

I first heard about this company from my real estate agent. I decided to give them a try. We had two bathrooms that needed countertops, one over a stock vanity from home depot with one sink, the other over a custom kitchen maid cabinet with two sinks. They came and measured and we went to their place to pick out granite. We were given clear indications of the cost of each piece and the time it would take to get them as well as the cost of the various edging. We were given fair and good prices, especially when considering the sinks were included, and the work was done well, and within a very short period of time. Usually one has to wait for a long time to get this work done, but not with this company.
