 + 0 moreMy old garage door basically folded in half, so I had to get a replacement. Spoke to Jennifer on the phone, and she went over several options with me. She emailed me some quotes and information to review. John visited my house THE SAME DAY!! I told John what I was looking for and Jennifer took care of the rest. About a week later John installed my new door. It looks great, works perfectly, I could not be more pleased! Great company, call them First!

 + -1 moreJohn Pruitt, the owner, came out and reset it, lubricated it, tightened some loose screws and it worked perfectly! He was very friendly, helpful and fixed my problem immediately. He also showed me how to lubricate the door myself and provided me with a can of lubricant spray. I was delighted to discover him and Alachua Door. I recommend him highly!
Description of Work: My garage door wouldn't go down or up. When it had work previously, it made a horribly loud noise upon closing and opening.

Description of Work: Initially the provider was great. Price was fine and service was not immediate but reasonable. We started haveing serious issues with gate this summer...called and finally got a call back. Since then, many phone calls and email, nothing. We have spent most of the summer without our gate and have two valuable dogs in the yard. I tied the gate shut. This was not a cheap install, and equiptment is only about 2-2/12 years old. Even a courtesy call to explain and reccomend someone else could have helped. Would not recommend for any services.

Description of Work: They installed new garage doors for our construction project. The office was very helpful and had a nice display of different types of doors. They gave me good explanations on the various types of doors which made it easier to make the right choice.
