Contractor refused to answer my questions or requests for clarification to statements made to the submitted Mold Assessment Report. Contractor became defensive in responding to my questions, ending in a rude and unprofessional reference to not being required to "train" me. The Mold Assessment Report referenced several photographs of "possible" issues but contractor refused to submit electronic files of the photographs for review despite several requests. Contractor/report offers no warranty or guarantee that any "possible" issues identified in the report actually exist or would be found if further work was undertaken. However, the report does state several opportunities to secure additional services from the Contractor for additional fees.

Clinton was extremely professional and provided me with a lot of great information. He is very knowledgeable in his area, and you can tell that he enjoys what he does. A plus is that he has a master's degree and various certifications related to air quality, building inspections, etc. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Clinton Ford inspected my home for suspect mold issues. I felt that he did a thorough job. He performed a visual inspection of my place, which included the A/C handler, windows, bathrooms, walls, kitchen, etc., and then took an indoor and outdoor air quality sample for comparison.

Clinton was flexible on meeting times and payment schedule. We stayed in contact over cell phone as we were out of town over the weekend.
Description of Work: Clinton went out to a house we were having inspected for purchase, let himself in using the agent code on the door lock, performed various comprehensive mold tests, Fed-exed his test results out before the weekend, compiled a report, and met with us to discuss our next steps.
