The job went completely as planned from prep to paint and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. which is not always an easy task.

We recently moved into a new home that needed repainted. George and his crew painted 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, family room, dining room, living room and foyer. George was very responsive and came out the day after my request for a bid. He walked each room with me and discussed in detail what his bid included. The communication was fabulous. The crew arrived on time and immediately got started. I was amazed at how quiet and focused they were during the process. There were times that I forgot they were even there. George came by the first day to see how it was going and make sure I was happy with the work done the first day. The crew was very clean and patiently worked around my 2 kids and dog. They were careful when they moved items and put the rooms back together exactly as they found them. At the end, the crew waited outside until George arrived and walked room to room with me inspecting the walls. We could not be happier and have decided to hire them to paint the rest of the house. We purchased our house new in 2006 and over the years the original exterior paint had faded many shades over time from exposure to the sun. The paint was also peeling in some areas and cracks had formed in the stucco. We knew it was time to have the exterior repainted and minor repairs made. We got a few estimates from other companies listed on Angie’s List then we remembered that Superior Contracting, a company that performed work for us previously remodeling the kitchen in our rental house, also listed painting as a service they provide. We gave George a call and we spoke on the phone. George reminded us that about 18 months previous he had given us an estimate to have our house repainted and that he would honor the price he quoted us from that estimate. George’s estimate was $1,000 less than the estimates we received from the others. Our home is 2,900 square foot stucco, 2-story home with a 2-car garage. In addition to repairing the cracks mentioned above, George’s team also painted the trim work around all the windows and doors a separate color that we chose. They also painted the fascia, eaves and painted the metal 2-car garage door. Prior to beginning the job they prepped by tying-back all of the shrubs and plants that were in contact with the house. His guys also repaired the fascia board in a couple of places where it needed some adjustments at no additional charge from the fee originally quoted. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Superior Painting’s work is very professional and despite the frequent rain we were experiencing that week they completed the job quickly and efficiently. The painters were great guys, very knowledgeable, friendly and were very courteous to my wife. George is a great guy, very personable, and you can tell right away after meeting him that he takes great pride in his work and is honest and a man of his word. Working with Superior Painting was an overwhelmingly positive experience for us and we are definitely going to contact George for future work we need performed on our home and rental property.

Wow! The house looks brand new thanks to Superior's great buynow offer on Angie. Was very skeptical about the price after calling several A rated providers for quotes. Spoke to George and had a very good comfort level on his company's professionalism. Obviously this service is not his primary business but a very good way to drum up painting services which I now want to pursue for an exterior door and internal master bedroom. They(Mike) took great pride in the powerwashing job so I know they are the type of company you can trust for painting. The exterior of our home hadn't been powerwashed for at least 4 years that we have owned it so the exterior facing along the roof looked moldy. Not only the facing of the roof came out supper clean but the entire house is just brighter...almost like glowing new paint. What can I say other than if your in the market for powerwashing to not hesitate on this deal and hire Superior Painting Services with confidence.

I bought the special offer $199. Was skeptical at first about those deal things, that it might turn out to have some kind of limitations or restrictions. But there was not. It is what it is, $199 is all I paid, including tax and my whole house (2 stories, about 2500 sft) was washed. So that's the first good thing.He scheduled the work on the same week, that's another good thing. The most important thing is I wasn't home when they did the job but everything came out perfect. My house looks completely different when I'm home. Its very impressive that I got a compliment from my neighbors.He even called to follow up with me next day to make sure I'm happy with what they did. So that is very good customer service.I will sure use them again for my future projects.

The job looks great, George and his crew did a very professional job and exceeded my expectations, expecially the prep. This is not my first experience using Superior Paintiing and they never fail to satisfy.

Could not be more pleased. From the first communication to the work's completion the service and quality was of the utmost professionalism. The attention to detail and prep work completed was superior, including sanding uneven surfaces, sealing windows, moving furniture with care and leaving the rooms cleaner than when started. Most importantly, the paint work was flawless, even with the dark paint color chosen.

After an e-mail inquiry on Angie's List, George called me back and recommended Sherwin Williams paint. I selected the wall color and proceeded to get the room ready by removing all furniture, mini-blinds, brackets and electrical wall plates. He said that the ceiling would cost extra and gave me an estimate. My house was built in the 1950s and has plaster walls and ceiling. Parts of the ceiling had to be smoothed out, so I had a plasterer come in and re-do it prior to the paint job. On the appointed day, George's assistant, Donald, showed up right on time. He told me that the coupon did not include base boards, so I asked George to call me to discuss. I couldn't imagine painting the walls without the base boards since they were yellowed with age and should match the new wall color. George and I agreed on the price and the job proceeded as scheduled. George delivered the paint and scrubbed some mildew stains off of one wall. He also told me they would calk around the casement windows. Donald did the painting, and he was excellent, a true professional. I worked the whole time on my computer and the house was quiet during the job. Donald painted the ceiling bright white and the walls a realist beige. He took a lunch break and finished around 3 pm. The room looks fantastic. The place was spotless after he finished and he didn't spill a drop. He left some paint in case I need to touch up after new closet doors are installed. I asked George to give me an estimate for exterior painting of the house and look forward to his quote. I highly recommend this company for their skill and professionalism.

They did a great job. The house id no longer looked like it required painting after the cleaning was completed.

This contractor did a terrific job. There were some areas that were recently painted and the staff were very careful around them. All the porch and deck furniture, as well as all decorative plants were removed from harms way and replaced. They were very prompt, courteous and customer service oriented. I have recommended them already to others as I was very satisfied with their work and attitude.

I was very impressed with George, from the first point of contact, to the follow-up call the next day to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. George and his team were on time and very professional. They did a walk through of the two rooms we wanted done and explained the process. They were simply Amazing. I would definitely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional dependable service.

I purchased the house pressure washing special for $199. Superior Painting was prompt in scheduling an appointment with me. George Linardic followed up after the service was complete to ensure that I was happy with the quality of the workmanship. I am giving this company an A+ because my house looks great now and the owner really cares. This is a quality company and I look forward to using their services again.

George has been my painting contractor since 1998 and I was delighted to see that one of the painters who painted my exterior ten years ago was still on his team and is still a perfectionist. I could not find one fault with the job Superior did and in fact, was delighted to see that they even touched up a small part of my garage door that I had not included in the contract (at no addtl. charge). Superior has always done a great job for me and is really meticulous when it comes to keeping interiors and exterior work areas clean and drip free. Because Superior uses good paint and is so thorough, I had always thought that I might be paying more for their work but I actually got an additional bid this time and when I saw that Superior had a bid that was equal to the other company's--I was so relieved because I knew I could count on them to do the job the right way. And, they didn't disappoint!

The painters were extremely coopertive and competent. They protected every surface from paint, after moving some of the heavier/larger pieces out of the way. After completing an area, they moved the pieces back to original position. Superior painted every ceiling and every room, including clothes closets and linen closets. The men performed a very nice job. Supervision was present during the job and had the guys repaint an area that he felt deserved more attention--it did not make a noticeable difference. But he wanted to be absolutely positive that the job was done perfectly.

It turned out very well. They did an excellent job. The service was very personalized. The owner was involved in pretty much every aspect of the job. He gave us a 5 year warranty. The workers cleaned up everyday and everything was left in good shape. They repaired a gutter for me and patched a hole in the stucco in addition. They were very patient with me, as I had a hard time selecting the color. They got several samples for me, which I appreciated.

George and his crew arrived later than the scheduled time - this is the only negative thing I can say. George did not stay; his crew did the work. Prior to the pressure washing, we thought we needed to paint our house within the next couple of months. Afterwards, the house looked great! We will be able to hold off painting the house exterior until next year.

Job was performed competently. Company was very accommodating of my schedule requirements. Both the owner and the worker were cordial and professional.

I was very please with George and his partner they were right on time explained everything to me did a great jjob put everthing back on the porch, very personable and very articulate i would most definatlly use the again i think they would be great painters, with how through they were
