We had purchased a big deal for the service, it turned out wonderful. They did a fantastic job, they had a question about something, and they called us to find out if it was okay, and other than that, everything was good. My husband was very impressed with them.

Superior was a good choice for what I wanted. I got 3 quotes all relatively the same price. Superior cane in and out fast, clean and earlier than promised. I would use them again.

When I called the very nice owner pulled my house up on Google Maps and told me exact condition and what they would do. I didn't need to be home and they woud email me a receipt. All went exactly as it was supposed to and my roof looks much better.

He was detail oriented and thorough and punctual.

First of all let me say that I rarely write reviews. I have high expectations for work that I pay for and expect exemplary service and results. George and his team at Superior did not disappoint! From the initial consultation to the final walk though, Superior was just that...Superior. I work in real estate development and I know the difference between great work/poor work as well as level of service. I am from San Diego & Los Angeles originally and I have been disappointed with the poor quality of work, goods and services in Tampa since I moved here. I rarely even get mediocre service in Tampa and the unfortunate part is that even when I am willing and do pay for what should have been the absolute best, it is usually just satisfactory, with what seems to be a Tampa 'it'll-do mentality.' Superior finally surprised me with the whole package. Excellent service, great people that are skilled and friendly, very professional, and an incredible end result. George the owner is great to work with and responded immediately when I first contacted him for a quote, as well as during the job. The job site was kept clean the whole time. I could tell that George and his crew take their job seriously and quality is a top priority. The attention to detail was amazing and they did the job the right way as opposed to cutting corners. Thanks to George and the Superior team that worked on my house. My fiance and I love the way it looks and we are getting quite a few compliments from our neighbors. We will definitely call Superior for any future painting needs...like the interior next!

George and his crew know the true meaning of "Customer Focused" This was a tough job due to all the rain we've had in June, so it took longer then expected, but they managed to get it done and done right. We will be having them back in the winter to paint our interior and have requested Don & Ronnie for the job. The material used to clean the roof was very environmentally safe, no worries about damaging flowers or foliage. They informed me it would take 2 or 3 months for the mildew to disappear, it would be killed almost immediately, but it would take sometime and some rain to wash away the dead mildew. I was very disappointed after first rain or two, but they said the material would continue to work for up to 3 months and more rain to wash it off. It has been about 2 months and I can say it is beautiful.

All went well. After we made contact George showed up for inspection 2 days later. He gave us a price the following day and told us he could do the job in 2 to 3 weeks. One week after that he called to say he had time to start the job the next day and finish in 2 days. George and his men showed up promptly the next day and started the work after detailed instructions by George. The job was completed on time, with excellent quality and careful inspection by George and the owner and for the price as contracted. George's men were courteous, applied adequate protection and cleaned up at the end of the day. At no time were we unduly inconvenienced. Will certainly hire George again when we need painting.

We selected this contractor based on very positive Angie's List reviews, and we liked the $499 for 2 painters for 8 hours promotion, which we talked to George about on the phone. He came out right away and emailed a detailed proposal. Included were 2 large closets, 1 small closet, wood trim in 2 rooms, and beadboard on halfwalls in another one room. His estimate was for $2,875, which at the rate above must have estimated two painters for almost six days. Believe me, we could have done it ourselves in two days and we're not professional painters. Ultimately we hired another painter who completed two of the closets in one day by himself for $225. When we wrote George to say we would be leaving an Angie's List report saying we thought he either charged us more because we have a big house on the water, or he used the promotion for bait-and-switch, he wrote back within minutes: First of all your job was way more than a few closets and some wood trim. And if the way you treat people is to give them a negative review when they take their time and money to come to your location and give you a free estimate then so be it have a great life in the land of negativity. I purchased the Big Deal. When he came out to view the job, he said that the roof really wasn't dirty for the most part, but just had a few mildewed areas and since our roof was much larger than the Big Deal covered, he could just do the dirty parts so that we wouldn't have to pay extra. He said it was not pressure cleaning and no one would walk on the roof, but they spray a product that works to kill the mildew and gradually with each rain, the roof would get cleaner until it looked great. I liked the idea since we have a tile roof and I was concerned about broken tiles. He came promptly on the date & time scheduled and got to work. After he finished, he said we wouldn't notice much of a change until it rained a few times. To be fair, it was early May and it didn't rain for over two weeks and then only briefly. We didn't have an appreciable rain until June. Now that it's rained heavily for the last couple of weeks, we are not too happy with the results. It still has the same blackish area, although it is slightly lighter than before. My husband wanted me to rate the job an F, but I felt like the lack of rain for weeks following the cleaning, may have played a part in the result. Despite this, I may give him another try if he could explain why it didn't work so well.

I have never been so satisfied spending $300.00 than I was with Superior. I needed my house prepped for painting. It so good after the guy was done, that had it not been for having siding replaced on the south side of my house, I would have foregone the paint!! The cleaning was that thorough. The house was only $200.00 and the pool another $100.00 but totally worth every penny!

This service was a "special" for Angie's list members. The owner was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Because of the nature of the cleaning agent, which needs rainfall and time to do its work, I cannot say, definitively, how well this stuff works but I was willing to give it a shot rather than go the usual route with someone traipsing around my roof, pressure washing and breaking tiles.

Work went fine on time and quickly done. As promised no one went on roof all done from ground. To soon to rate success of product as it takes 60 days and some rain to work fully. While this product is rated environmentally friendly it is by no means unharmful. They were very careful to rinse around my vegetables and this worked okay. A lot of my delicate plants suffered considerable damage and setback. I would warn other customers to cover then rinse any delicate plants in the overspray zone.

I can't say enough positive things about Superior Painting. George was always available either through email or phone. His painters were on time every day, professional, polite and they also cleaned up very thoroughly after finishing their work for the day. The paint job is amazing and the price was very fair and competitive. Two of my neighbors recommended Superior Painting and I am happy they did! I will do the same!

Workers were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond with services rendered, stayed beyond time allotted, and did extra painting with sprayer of particular areas that would have been very difficult and time consuming for us to do by hand with paint brushes (ie: garage door, gutters and down spouts, slotted vents. We were most please with all they did, and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I would consider them first with any future projects.

We decided not to use this company since his estimate for approximately the same amount of work of another company was approximately $3000.00 higher.

Charles arrived right on time and was superb in trimming out everything. Done in 5 hours with 2 coats - perfectly done and no mess to clean up! Would definitely hire again.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. The service provided promptly contacted us after purchase to schedule a day that was convenient for us. On day of service, service person arrived promptly and did an excellent job of making the exterior of our house clean again. We had a lot of mildew at the top of the second story near the roof and all of the mildew was completely removed. We were very happy with the pressure washing.

I had a few little scheduling problems where I was waiting to hear back from the gentleman a few different times. He seemed very nice on the phone, and was polite, but he seemed a bit busy and so I decided to call Angie’s List for a refund.

I purchased the coupon on Sunday, April 14, 2013, Monday, April 15, 2013 I called the company and was told that they were getting all the orders together and will be calling to schedule the services within a couple of days. Also told that the product took up to 90 days to completely take effect and the roof had to be dry and no raining. I waited two weeks for a call that never came. If they did call a message was not recorded. On Friday, April 26, 2013 I called the company and was told that "someone from the painting/roof department will contact me first thing Monday morning", April 29, 2013. No one called Monday or Tuesday morning. Due to the type of weather we are having in this part of the country (wet and raining almost every day) it would be counterproductive to have this service performed at this time. That's when I contacted Angie's list and decided to cancel the services

Everything went smoothly and the house looks great.
