This company's price was better than the company we went with; but the estimate wasn't as thorough. Also, vendor was late to appointment (though he called) and he said he'd e-mail the estimate, which arrived more than a day later.

Superior painted the exterior of our home, including a very long block wall that wraps around our back yard. Previous painters had not prepped the house and wall properly, and so there was much for Superior to overcome. George and his crew provided excellent service all around, taking care to keep us informed and taking care to properly prepare all surfaces for painting. We are very pleased with the finished product. The painters cleaned up after themselves every day, even taking with them all the old paint they had scraped from the house and wall. Everyone was kind, polite, careful, and good at their craft. We highly recommend Superior Painting!

The entire project was handled professionally from start to finish and completed in a timely manner as promised. George, Donny, and the entire painting crew were punctual, courteous and professional. The scope of work involved full coverage and color change of every interior wall with a fresh coat of white on the ceiling, doors and baseboards in a home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upon final inspection, any imperfections were addressed immediately and corrected to my wife and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any painting projects large or small.

I purchased this big feal a few months ago. Apparentally, as per the provider, Angie's list was suppose to indicate that this treatment can only be done when it is not going to rain for a few weeks. They said it would be awhile, because it was the rainy season and offered to refund me. I have been looking for a company that did this particular service with this product, so I opted to wait unil the season permitted. I did reach out to the compay two weeks ago, and they ended up coming out this past weekend. I will know the quality in a few months, as is takes a few raines for the solution to work. I have used this product in the past, so it should be great. I am excited to see the results. My only concern is that they are slow on returning calls. If they say a day it maybe 2 or 3. But he will call. The day of the work they arrived in the alloted time schedule, and were very professional. They paid attention to what was in my yard and what they were working around.

Very professional and the job they did was just super. We have had the house done before, but never with results this good. Would definitely recommend.

Pedro and Ronnie did an excellent job doing some additional custom painting in our new home. Their "attention to detail" was great. Painting on "textrured walls" is a true talent and being able to use their "secret" with straight lines where there's no trim work was above expectations. The colors required two coats and probably took longer than expected but they honored their pricing and are a credit to their profession. We'd request them for additional painting projects!!

Contacted me immediately to set something up. Kept in constant communication with me about the project. The pressure washing was incredible. Others had tried to pressure wash and were unsuccessful, but they did it and it turned out immaculate clean. They have total respect of your property and plants, landscaping, like it was their own home. They must have some kind of customer service training similar to Disney or Ritz Carlton because their positive attitude and customer service was above outstanding. The paint job makes our house look amazing. The Supervisor came by every day to check in and make sure if we had any issues or concerns or what they could do better. Wow. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

He followed up several times in an effort to get this done. Each time the weather was against him. He always called when he said he would. I wasn't able to get it done.

The person who came out absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty. He took all morning and was even washing some of the porch walls by hand. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Apparently our job was not worth Superior's time and effort. We will leave it to Angie's List members to determine if this is an acceptable business practice.

Went very well very nice people. Roof is clean with just some spots. But I have faith when they come back it will be just what I wanted. I totally recommend this company Great people do what they say, very nice thank you George you are the best....

There were many issues throughout job, will bullet the primary issues: - Services not started until 1 month after Angie's List purchase (contact made to Superior Painting prior to purchase agreed to complete within the 2 week timeline needed) - Owner lost key to home within 24 hours of entrusting him with it (as a solution suggested to push start date yet another week) - Only 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of finish applied - no sanding, no caulking performed resulting in incomplete coverage - Promised touch-up to over-painting on walls not complete - Painted one room wrong color, attempted to blame me...look up at crown molding, doors, trim.. does the color you painted match? - Offered to come back for an additional $499 special to finish but never called to confirm day/time so I could be there to review; I found my key the next day under a pot in the front yard.. NO COMMUNICATION to tell me you came/left and left key outside - Owner was not available to discuss issues when contacted, he left a return VM stating he would be out of town for holiday weekend. - He then attempted to call me after 7pm on the Labor Day holiday to discuss and when I was not immediately available to receive call left an unprofessional voice message stating I was not available when it was time to pay up! What? I paid the coupon in full through Angie's List 1 month prior to him commencing work. It should not take 32 man-hours for 1 coat of each with no appliance moving (as he told me he previously damaged someone's floors so I agreed not to have him move them), no furniture moving and no touch-up... Glad I chose to test the quality of his services on this project before awarding him a complete 5000 sq ft painting job on remodel.

The crew was efficient and professional. George kept in good contact with me letting me know what was going on, and called to follow up the next day. The work was performed as specified, and they did a great job.

They were professional, showed up early, had all the tools and cleaned up. The paint job was good and the room looks great. I will use them again.

It is a white tiled roof and it worked fine. The roof looks great! We had a bit of trouble getting the work scheduled because of all the rain but we finally scheduled it and it went fine. Excellent work! Will use them again for the roof next year.

It went A, outstanding. It was great. There were no problems at all. They did an outstanding work. It was an outstanding value for the service.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the work being outside of the Company's area of expertise. They were polite and professional.

he showed up on time, completed the work on time and did an excellent job. he also added a solution to the pressure washing fluid which prevented us from having to wash our windows when he was done.
