+ 0 moreCalled in the morning and he was out later that day and made the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Over all, the price and service was great; the service man was professional and knowledgeable which is a big plus for me.
Description of Work: Upstairs bathtub was leaking, the leak appeared in the garage. Service man cut a small hole in the garage ceiling where the leak was to determine which pipe was leaking; the bath tub over flow was damaged and needed to be replace. I also had him replace the drain plug which was broken off by the previous owner.

+ -1 moreRonald showed up Saturday morning and worked non stop and almost finished the whole room, but it took a little mor paint than everyone thought because the shade of red. He asked if could come back the next day to finish the small area that was a little light on paint and red was showing just a little. He came back the next day and finished quickly and room looks fantastic. Very professional and great communication. Would highly recommend this company.

He spent a lot of time with us looking at the job, talking about options and explaining what he planned to do and why. We felt like he and his company were trustworthy. The crew did a good job, cleaned up after themselves very nicely and everything went pretty much according to schedule, even in the middle of a rainy Florida September. The house looks great with the new paint job and we'd definitely use Superior Painting again. They weren't cheap but it seemed a fair price for the work.

George responded promptly to my call for an estimate, came out to my home within a week to take a look at the scope of the job, and seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He said he would provide me with an estimate for the work that evening or the next day at the latest. Well, it has been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear back from George. I have left two voicemails for him and have received no reply. I now see that Superior is offering special deals for interior painting, so the company must need work. Evidently, they were not interested in our work. I suppose George did me a favor in not responding. If you can't even provide an estimate or call me back to let me know you are not interested in the job, I doubt you would be very responsive or prompt on the job itself.

+ 0 moreThe service was excellent. I purchased a Big Deal. George from Superior Painting called immediately and we scheduled a time for him to see the property and also provide a painting estimate. I wanted to include the lanai and pool area which was an additional $60 over the price of the deal. The pressure cleaning was quick and thorough. The technician was prompt, polite and focused on his craft. He even included the fence at no additional fee. The property had been vacant for over a year. After the pressure cleaning the home looked freshly painted. The painting estimate was good, around the same as others, but his crew was available the next day and I wanted to move fast. They are a currently in the middle of the painting project. They are a great crew and doing and doing great work. I will definely hire Superior Painting for future pressure cleaning needs.

I scheduled the cleaning with a short deadline and George accommodated my requests. The day of the cleaning they arrived on-time, did a brief walk around to ensure we were on the same page, and promptly started. They went above and beyond my expectations for the work! They cleaned-up after themselves and didn't damage any of my landscape through the whole process. The house looks great! They are very professional and use a truck mounted system that seems very powerful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pressure washing!

I called and left a voicemail asking for a return call to set up a time for someone to come to my condo to provide a service quote for interior painting. It has been around 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a return call. This is extremely disappointing since this company seems to receive great reviews and it is difficult to find good painters in the area.

Description of Work: Look...if you're looking for someone to do a quick paint job (a room or two)...or frankly, based on my experience with the "room or two", if you're looking for a complete home project done...STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!! Why? Here's why: 1) they offered a great initial value which caught my attention because I'm not cheap, just not interested in over-paying for any service, 2) they received some kick-butt ratings on Angie's List which made me feel somewhat comfortable with...gulp...PREPAYING for a service "on the come" (meaning, to get the deal, I had to trust my research and just take a leap into the shallow end and give up my credit card to "seal the deal"), 3) once 'said deal' was consummated, I shortly got a call from the owner, George...who confirmed everything, 4) I had a specific need which required a painter to be available on a Sunday...no problem, 5) Donny (sorry if I misspelled) showed up on time and proceeded to knock out the job in a few hours...PERFECTLY. There were two interesting colors in the room (two colors required a premium, but that was fine because that's what I wanted) and Donny cut them both in perfectly.

His team, Ronnie and Don, did a great job! They did quality work prepping the house for the paint. They check with me each morning to make sure I was satisfied with the work and cleaned up each day before they left. Their professionalism, attention to detail and quality left me impressed. I would definately recommend Superior Painting Services to anyone who is need of an exterior paint job.
