It did not happen since Roger Summers did not return my two phone calls to them with messages. Also, they ignored an email I sent to request a quote. I am puzzled how some of these businesses survive when they blatantly ignore what have to be opportunities for work. Needless to say, we will not try to contact them again and we will steer friends and neighbors away from using them. It is hard enough to get service work done without having to follow up multiple times for a simple quote.

He is amazing. He is the most polite person and incredibly responsive. When we had a bad snow storm, he was there at 2 am to make sure he could get us out. We felt it was worth paying a little more because he does what he says he is going to do.

I have used the lawn service previously and while it was ok, I had asked that they slow down a little because they were scalping the yard in some places. They also said they would only mow when needed but late in the season they were still mowing weeks after I would have thought they would stop. I had planned on not using the service any longer for mowing but requested that they do a Fall clean up and pick up leaves and sticks. I had another service spray for weeds, aerate and over seed so the yard was looking very good. When Roger's crew came out to clean up the leaves and sticks they apparently decided to mow as well and once again there are many places the yard is scalped. There are tire tracks from the mowers where they spun out or turned quickly leaving bare dirt where I had grass growing. On the positive side I think Roger is knowledgeable and responsive. Unfortunately I won't use the service again as his lawn crew does not share the level of conscientiousness he has.
