We've had them for years. They are reliable. They're good. We've had good results. We don't see a lot of pests in the house. They do extra too which is what I like. If they see something that we didn't ask for them to check or follow-through, they'll do the extra step if they something that needs to be done with no additional cost. I would highly recommend them. They are very good, reliable and fulfill their contract. They call up and see if we need extra services.

They have been fantastic. They have been great. I have been using them since I moved in the house a year-and-a-half ago. When I call to make an appointment, they were amenable to my schedule. They were very flexible. They gave me a reminder call that they were coming out but if I needed to cancel to just let them know. The gentleman actually came into the house with a shoe protector because I had hardwood floors. He did not even ask. He just had them on. He came up to the door and put them on. I thought that was very polite. He was very clear about the problem was, how to resolve it, how much would it cost, and did I want to think about it. He could come back later in the afternoon or the next day. He was very forthcoming with the guarantee that they offer and any problems. He gave me a card. It is just really top-notch professional service. The kind of everything you would want to have. I have actually engaged them originally just for termite inspection. They come twice a year for termite inspection inside and out. So when I had this little problem which a lot of people are having because of all the rain around little kitchen ants, they came. I started working with them in October, 2012 before we moved into the house up till this day. If I have any other problems, I would certainly call them. I thought the pricing is a bit steep, but it seems to have worked.

Termite treatment went well. Covered all areas of house as expected. I recently moved into house and continued treatment set up by previous owner. What I did not like was that one of inspectors/employees asked me for a piece of copper pipe from my basement. He said he had to fix a tool. I was caught off guard and said ,"yes," but realized later that he was probably going to sell it. After thinking about it, it was not his place to ask for anything in my house or yard. I thought this was unprofessional.

Things went well except for weather interruptions necessitating postponement of last day's work. Quality of workmanship looks good from what I can tell. Workers were prompt, cleaned up and removed debris, finished job promptly, except for weather interruption; very polite workers, careful also of house furnishings and grounds.

Western Pest Service were conscientious. They did a complete job. They did not try to sell us unnecessary tracks and things. They were successful in treating for stink bugs. I will continue to use them.

They do a good job. We have an annual contract and they have always been helpful. We haven't had any problems with them. They have been very good. They are reasonably priced and they do very good follow up. Their techs are very professional and they get results.
