After the installation, the technicians program all your equipment and show you how it works. I then went on a three week vacation, when I came back I had forgotten most of what they said. Doug came back to the home and showed me how to work everything. He even programmed some additional features into my remote. He spent several hours, at no charge, making me a happy customer. Tweeter is fairly priced for the value you get. Doug can always find what you need and often will find sale items to keep cost down.

Tweeter was very professional in scheduling the appointment for installation, calling to confirm it shortly before the date. Mark, who installed the system, arrived on time and stayed until he was finished, even though I had to leave on business before he was done. When he left, he gave me his cell number in case I had any questions or concerns. The system works beautifully and the remote is fantastic.

In sum, I would rate Tweeter ''Good,'' but close to the line of ''Fair''. The finished product meets our expectations, but getting to that finished product was quite challenging. First problem: We had 3 different sales people as we designed our system with Tweeter. The final one, Doug, was the best, but there were several misunderstandings in what the earlier sales people said that Doug had to correct or change. This was a hassle. Second problem: Our TV and stereo amps, etc. were to be installed in our freestanding entertainment center and the center moved to the wall. We consistently said we wanted it right up flush to the wall, but when the installation was first done, there were 4-6'' thick wire bundles in the back, preventing the unit from being flush to the wall. I had to negotiate a discounted labor rate with Doug to have the wiring re-run so that the unit could be flush to the wall. Even at a discount, it cost about $200 extra. This was disappointing.
