 + 2 moreA two-week completion date was promised, but workmen were not there everyday as promised. Materials were not purchased and delivered on time; a dumpster was not delivered for construction debris and it is on the ground in the back yard. After 4 weeks, only the bath is finished. A stop-work order is in place because the proper permits were not obtained. In the beginning, Antonio Russell was responsive to concerns, but now has all but disappeared and will not answer texts or calls.
Description of Work: New kitchen and bath; repair ceiling and closet in one bedroom
