Pete did a great job. He was on time, very friendly, did the work quickly, and had a very fair price,

Pete arrived on time. I had asked him to push the original scheduled time from 9am to 9:45 am he was able to do that. I found him on Angies List and gave him a call. Pete knows his stuff and is very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. My wife and I were very happy with his work and price. Just last night I gave his number to friend of mine for the last 50 years.

Pete was on time and professional. He removed all of the previous appliances and installed the new ones. This involved putting in the electrical access to code for the stove and microwave.

Pete is excellent and very knowledgable about many things. He always offers inexpensive alternatives with no pressure to choose one or the other. He always returns calls and shows up on time and ready to work!

I was satisified with his work, including quality and professionalism. He was always on time, and did a thorough job of cleaning work area when complete. He answered all my question, and his pricing was reasonable. I plan to use him again on other home improvement projects.

It went very well. Each of these jobs had different price points. But were all reasonable in our view. We will not hesitate to call on Pete again. Pete is very responsive and reliable in my opinion.

Funny,y'all asking me again to give this fella a review,because I had to call Judy,the locksmith,back about 2 weeks ago to work on one of the doors which he ruined. Bless her heart,she did the job as usual. I don't believe that y'all want a review from me about him and his 1,000 pages of "wonderful,professional,etc and etc" reviews which I question,because how come he could come to MY house and make such a mess if he was "oh,so wonderful&professional"? Oh,and he sure charged me an arm&a leg for the honor and the privilege of causing such havoc.

tried to see if old faucet could be repaired, was not worth the extra labor time, went ahead and replaced with new. Did a nice neat job, and the price was fair.

Pete was very professional and knowledgable. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem.

They informed me about what everything was going to cost. They were always there when they said they would be there which always does not happen. They were sometimes when they would come in one day and had to wait for it to dry and then they would have to comeback another day to do a little more work. It was especially helpful when they used to let me know about when they were going to be there and how long they were going to stay. They were really good in informing about such stuff. Their price and quality of service was really good too. They were good at getting back to me when I was trying to have them come over for giving me a quote. They were on time and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and things looked good when they were done.

I called a day after the Storm Sandy because sewage backed up into my master bath tub and shower. I made an appointment for him to come. Five minutes later he calls me back and says from what I had told him it sounded like it was my septic and that I should call them. That saved me money because he was honest. Because of that if I need plumbing work or other services that they do, I will definite call them.

They were very prompt and courteous and had the work done in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with their work.

He did these jobs so quickly and so efficiently -- he is a real perfectionist and that is a great personality trait for repairing a home. I will definitely use him again. He was very knowledgeable and quick when he installed the new fixture.

Anyone who uses the services of Top Notch Home Improvement will be happy, because Pete Lindberg is both highly competent and fair in his prices. This is a story that illustrates Pete's skill and his character. My brother who has a prosthetic leg was visiting from out of town. His prosthesis became unusable, which of course was very alarming.He called a couple of local places in Wilmington that specialize in prosthetic devises. They were completely unresponsive, even though for them it would be a minor repair. I had the idea of calling Pete. He was in the middle of a big job but he found a way to get to my brother quickly. He realized that he did not have the correct tools, so he purchased them on the spot. Within two hours the prosthesis was repaired and my brother was walking again. I have had many experiences with Pete where he comes through in emergencies with flying colors. The above is only the latest one. And that is why I give Top Notch and Pete an A+ for talent and an A++ for decency.

He is our go-to handyman and he has done all kinds of work around my house. He is very punctual, efficient, and cleans up very well when he is done. He charges by the hour and does not screw around. He works very hard and his pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Pete came out right on time and did a wonderful job!! He was very professional, but also personable and easygoing. I simply couldn't be happier with his work and I am SO thankful I checked Angie's List to find him!! Being a widow, there are always things that need to be done around the house that my late husband would have taken care of. And although some women are good with tools and so forth, I'm the type who's more comfortable using a sewing machine than a hammer. So I need someone reliable to do that work for me. I'm sure I'll be calling upon Pete to take care of other jobs in the future!

I used "Pete" on two separate occasions - the first was for a severely backed-up kitchen sink. The plumbing in my home is old and Pete took his time trying to unplug the sink with various methods including going onto my roof. Finally there was no choice but to snake the main drain which is much stronger than snaking through the old pipes in the kitchen. The problem was the previous homeowner walled in the drain. Pete removed my drywall, unclogged the blockage, placed a new cleanout plug and cleaned up the mess. Leaving me with a clear running sink and no mess. He then replaced the sink stopper in my bathroom that had not worked in two years. The second occasion my toilet fell apart and would not flush. I immediately called Pete, discussed the age, issue and insides of the toilet and decided it was time to purchase a new one. Pete picked it up and installed the toilet again with no mess and very quality work. Finally.....it took 40 years but I have found my plumber!!! Thanks Pete and Angie's List!

The overall experience was very good. Pete arrived on time. We have used him twice and would use him again.

Fourth time to use Top Notch LLC service. The price as always is very reasonable. Pete picked up the toilet from the store and installed in the upstairs bathroom. He did not have the correct parts to replace our kitchen faucet. He drove to the hardware store to purchase parts which were required to stop dripping faucet. The new toilet was installed and dripping faucet was repaired.

The second time I have used Top Notch LLC. The price is very reasonable to install a top of the line water heater. Pete picked up the water heater from the store and installed in basement. He is very reliable and professional.
