Description of Work: I called to explain my situation that another company ruined my walls and that I found him on Angies list. He said he does not do drywall, he does drywlal patches. After finding out my house is in the city of Wilmington he cut me off right there explaining he doesn't do work in the city becuase of people breaking into his van. I can appreciate this, but please clarify on the website.

Description of Work: Called Pete 7pm due to burst water pipe. Arrived within half hour.

Description of Work: Pete came and helped me analyze some plumbing issues (leaky faucets) in August. He installed a new faucet and taught me a lot during the time he was at my house. I will definitely call him again next time I need help with some home repair issue.

Description of Work: Pete has done a variety of handyman jobs for us, and I've reviewed him in the past. This time, he replaced a bathroom faucet for us -- simple enough job, but not in my skill set. He is just great. Very reliable, very efficient, and does good work at a very reasonable rate. I'd recommend him enthusiastically.

Description of Work: Pete is very good at what he does, and he does just about everything. My house is aging and little things (and some big things) are starting to occur. Pete has been out three times and has completed a list of jobs on each occassion. His pricing is fair, his knowledge is vast and his ability to get the job done on each occasion has been very much appreciated. I will continue to use Pete/Top Notch and feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone looking for a good handyman. Services included new locks on three doors, repair of shower leak (that came through the kitchen ceiling; he fixed both the leak and the kitchen sealing), sump-pump fix, including repair on piping; outdoor light removal and install, sink repair, etc.

Description of Work: Stem cartridge failed in shower on a Sunday. Pete was onsite within 30 minutes and everything was fixed up ASAP. Thanks, Pete!

Description of Work: Had a leaky faucet others wanted up to $165 just to come look at it. Some said the entire fixture had to be replaced. Top Notch arrived at the appointed time took one look at it and replaced the cartridges all within 30 min. Would definately use them again.

Description of Work: I was told the structure of my house needed work. I asked them to come out and estimate it. They inspected it and pointed out where the original contractor had mistook something for structure problems. Showed me what to do to fix and also had time to review a bathroom job for me. All in all, Top Notch was great help.
