Description of Work: we had to contact them several times before they finally came in to do the job. we needed the vent pipes cleaned. Our problem is not resolved and we need to do more work. our pipes our clogged now since the cleaning and now we have to call a plumber.

We spoke clearly that this was a possible resolution and extensive debris were removed along with rust, since these were the findings, a broader issue would need to be addressed. We recommended our Plumbing Contractor by name and number, to follow up to inspect, due to the conditions and to help you resolve the issue.
