 + -1 moreWe have been using them for 9 months now. They were recommended by a neighbor. They do pretty good work. Their scheduling and sort of customer service are a little bit weak. They tend to not give me a very specific time when they are coming and I'm just kind of stuck here all day until they arrive, and just the general demeanor of their customer service staff is not very pleasant and they tend to be not very helpful.
Description of Work: Sum-R-Fun Pool is doing an ongoing service for us. We just did a pool cleaning with them.

pool cleaners
 + -1 moreThey were terrible. I had a multi port valve that needed rebuilt. They came to pick up the part and waited a month and heard nothing. They said the repair would have only taken a few days. After waiting and waiting I finally went to their store to find out it had not been repaired yet. I took the part with me and had a friend repair it for me.
Description of Work: Port valve repair.
