Work was good. Several step process (a team cut the trees, someone else came to remove the trunks, someone else to deal with the stumps and finally a team to clean up and put down seed and fertilizer. That whole process took some time, but was completed. Everyone was professional and polite.

Very impressive!! Strobert arrived a little earlier than I was expecting them, had 6 or 7 men with them, a LOT of equipment, had the trees cut down and all debris chipped and hauled away in a little more than half an hour! I have used this company over the years, and will continue to do so when I need any tree work done. Never compared their prices to anyone else, thus the 'B". Very happy with this job!!

The 3 trees were cut down in one day with one 7 foot trunk remaining. The cut trunks were left with about half of them on my neighbors property right next to their sidewalk. I called strobert and told them this and it still took a week for them to remove them. Also commitment to follow through was an issue. Several times I was told that someone would call me back when they needed to reschedule and no one did. I had to call them to see when I was on the schedule again. Other than those things the job was very well done.

Very well. They arrived on time and worked very quickly to accomplish the task. They returned two days later to grind the stumps and completed the cleanup and in very short order.

It looks good. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Was taken down quickly & they performed stump grinding too. They cleaned up & the yard was left in great condition. I would recommend to others who need tree work done.

They provided one of two estimates promised. They never gave second estimate after repeated requests. They never acknowledged my request for hemlock work. I even contacted their customer support who promised to get back with me and never did. I told them to forget it. I used another service.

Work done promptly. Have been trying to get a full report on health of trees but arborist has not responded after numerous phone calls.

They did a great job for us. They were fine. I thought the price was good too. They were on time and did it quickly once we came to a deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

The job went well. The came out and gave the estimate quickly. No problem, no hassle. A very thorough company.

There were four people that came out to do the work and it took them about a week. There were different crews that came out. They left the work area clean.

They did a fine job of removing one large tree branch and parts of 2 smaller branches. Also, they did a nice job cleaning up. Appointment was made quickly after being hired. My only concern is that I overpaid for what I got. I was told that in addition to the main branch that was to be removed, there would be aggressive pruning of other nearby branches. This amounted to 1 1/2 branches. For the extra $150 I paid, that was too little. I would suggest getting specifics in any quote and not just words like "aggressive." Otherwise, very professional. I might hire again, but would take my advice to get very specific in quote.

Excellent. The work was timely and efficient, the cost was reasonable, and the cleanup was first rate. Highest recommendation.

We have used Strobert twice now and will use them again. A tree fell on our house and the representative was out quickly and ensured that our house was tarped prior to a rain storm. The tree was removed as fast as they could get the appropriate crane. That was very good service. Had to call several times to get the cut up tree removed from our property and the stump ground. The cut up tree sat for a while so they needed to repair the lawn with soil and seed. Not only was it annoying to make a few phone calls for them to complete the job but now we have to water the seed. The tree cutting operation is first rate but something needs to be improved in the back office.

They were very good. They gave me a detailed estimate, did good work, were professional and cleaned up after. I will be using them again.

Jason came out on Thursday, January 15th. We talked about what I would like to have done and he gave me his opinion about what he felt would be best for my situation. We came to an agreement and made an appointment for his crew to come out on Monday, January 19th at 8 a.m. On Monday morning Nick and Rick showed up in their bucket truck at 8:00. A short time later Elvis, Ricky and Chris rolled up with the chipper. I spoke with Nick about what needed to be done. He had already been briefed by Jason which was very helpful. Nick got into the bucket with his chain saw and started shaping and trimming back the pear tree. He was very careful as he proceeded to thin out the branches and give the tree a much needed hair cut! Ricky and Chris were very busy gathering up the branches that Nick sent down to them. They proceeded to place them into the chipper. Meanwhile Elvis and Rick trimmed up the pine trees in the back and brought the branches to the front to go into the chipper. They checked with me several times to make sure the trees were being pruned as I wanted which was appreciated. When they finished in the backyard they went around front to help the rest of the crew. As they raked up the smaller branches I was delighted to see them go out of their way to include some of the leaves. By 9:15 they were finshed and my trees looked great! I highly recommend Strobert Tree Services. Everyone I came into contact was very friendly and went out of their way to do a great job! :)

I contacted a few tree services about removing a rather large (80ft plus tree) and Strobert was by far the best cheapest. They came within a week after setting up the apt and arrived early in the morning. They were polite and professional the whole time. The job took a few days to complete as they have come back with various trucks and machines throughout the week. The first day was cutting down the tree and removing all the branches. The next was the stump grinding. Followed by removing all the debris, then laying down new grass seed. I would definitely hiring them again if I decide to remove the trees in our backyard.

This was not a goo experience. Stroberts scheduled our appointment for Tuesday PM. At 3pm I called them to make sure they were coming. I was told that someone would definitely be there on Tuesday, but that the tree guy was operating solo. At 5:30p I called again and was told that he was on his way. At 7:30p I called again and was told that the tree guy had lost or broken his phone and he forgot his chain saw and would not be able to make it till Wednesday. When I said I was not sure if I wanted to use them, I was told that the estimator would give me a discount. So I said to go ahead and do the work. On Wednesday the tree guy showed up and did the work. My wife went ahead and paid him since I could not take off additional time to wait for them. Since then, the estimator after several calls has said that there will be no discount since the services were provided. I was extremely frustrated because the company never reached out to tell me that there may be a delay in the service appointment. All of the phone calls were initiated by me. There also does not be anyone liable for the service. I have only written this review because they indicate that they are a 5-star service provider and my experience was not with a 5-star company.

They were on time. Did a great job getting the branches off the roof and removing as little of the shade on my deck as possible.

Absolutely excellent service, extremely competent, courteous, from the initial contact, estimation, work completion and cleanup. Exceeded expectations in all regards, including pricing.

2-days. 2-work crews. 2nd day, crew worked 11-hours. 5 large trees removed, all with 100' crane. Main concern, safety. No time to mess around. All very focused, professional and hard working as if where a military operation. There may be other services out there with similar equipment, but when this crew shows-up, it's automatic, you can tell you've spend your money on the right guys. I really can't endorse the first crew on the job, however, (they call them the "bucket" crew). They left me with 3-hours of clean-up and a rutted rear lawn. I give the bucket crew a D. This job was re-scheduled (1) time, because of an emergency. The job was a time-critical, because of other contractors lined-up along the week. Nailing down the crane availability was somewhat difficult, based mostly on the weather forecast. All ended well. Well, I mean, not exactly, we decided now to grind down the stumps. Our own fault, not Strobert Tree Services.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently, and fed all the fallen branches into a machine which made it into mulch. I believe the names of the guys who came were Kyle and Teddy. They were thorough and safety conscious.

Their price was middle range. I was not there but my husband was happy with them. My husband said the provider was a little late.

We are very glad that we used Stroberts. Chip and the Office staff quickly responded to our request for an estimate, which was very reasonable and within our budget. We chose Stroberts because of their fair price (we received several, some of which were higher), but also chose them because they could accompish the work within our timeframe, and because their service/ responsiveness was highly rated. The onsite Stroberts team also did a good job, and we will use Stroberts again!
