From estimate to completion Strobert was extremely professional. Team completed the job in less than 1 1/2 hours and cleaned the yard completely. To call the service excellent would be an understatement!

This was the 2nd time I've used Strobert and the 2nd time the job went perfectly. Trees cut, chipped, removed and grass damaged in process reserved and growing. Strobert did everything they promised, when they promised. Impressed with safety standards and monitoring!!

Wonderful experience. All crews were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A very large tree was removed. My property was left in excellent condition, not a leaf left behind.

The work was done promptly and efficiently and at a good price. I am very pleased with the quality of the work done.

Quick response for estimate. Once contract signed, tree was taken down about one week later, and stump one week after that. Overall their administration could be improved, as we were not notified in advance for the tree removal until the trucks were almost onsite. Billing follow-up was poor.

It was good. It was quick . They did everything They advertised. Very nice. They explained whats gonna happen. I rated them B for the price because I had gotten a lower estimate from other company.

It went very well. The tree was an 100 year old oak that was at least 90 to 100 feet tall. I had met with at least 4 different tree companies before making a decision. The price was the best along with the skill and professionalism of the workers. The crane operator and bucket truck worker were very skilled. They had to contend with electrical wires on two sides and tight quarters being close to the house. Stump removal and clean up was great. Their trucks and equipment are kept in very good condition and was their own. I would highly recommend this company.

The tree trimming was done in one afternoon. Trees looked great and all the debris was removed. The removal of the 21 trees was done in stages. All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price.

I think that their communication was good. The tree removal went well. They minimized damage. They'll be coming back to finish the stump grinding portion of the service. We would probably work with them again.

I got a couple of other quotes and they were the cheapest. They were busy, but eventually got to me. They said what they would, and I would recommend them.

I had no prior experience with the company, but I picked them because they were local and seemed stand up from their website. The man who showed up was very friendly and he gave me a good estimate. They waited for the ground to be frozen from all the rain we got and once they came they were efficient and worked well as a team. They were so tidy and so clean, and hey got everything done in such a good amount of time. I would absolutely recommend them.

This is a phenomenal tree service and Arborist. They do fabulous field work. Andy has been taking care of my trees for years. I also have fruit trees that he has helped me with. I cannot say enough good things about the work they do. The crew is hard working and extremely professional. I rely solely on Strobert's Tree Service to care for my trees. Andy is spot on when it comes to pricing. The very first time he was out for an estimate he noticed a strangulating root which was killing one of my trees. He went to his truck for some tools and took care of that root instantly - at no charge - and saved my tree that I did not even know was in trouble. Also, we had an ice storm recently and Andy was able to save my favorite 60' Pine tree. Branches were freezing and dropping to the ground. They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well. I strongly recommend Strobert Tree Services as this is a true professional.

I hired Strobert back in July after getting an estimate from one of their project managers. We were wanting overgrown brush removed from our backyard, as well as the removal of one tree and the trimming of branches from three other trees. I was informed the team would remove the brush and trees completely and the clean up would be quick so all I would have to do afterwards is throw some top soil down w/ some grass seed. They were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I had received and I felt confident going forward with them after speaking w/ the person who gave me the initial quote. They started within the week, which was great - however, they did not fulfill what I was told at the time of the quote. After the brush and tree were cleared - we were left with a ton of ivy, wood chippings and debris that we had to then rip out ourselves. There was no way we could just throw topsoil and grass seed down. My husband is still ripping out plants and ivy, 4 months after we hired them. In addition to this, 2 of the trees they were to trim, were specifically stated in the proposal from Strobert - to be trimmed away from both our house and away form our neighbors house. The company trimmed them away from our house and left the other side of the tree, with branches growing onto and over our neighbors house. This was when most of the problems started with them. We called 3 separate times and emailed the man who came out and gave us the quote directly, after the team left, to have them come back out and finish the job of removing the branches over our neighbors property. All 3 times the receptionists at their offices told us someone would be in touch to schedule us - this never happened. For 3 months. At the 3 month point - Strobert emailed a Final Invoice for 'job completed'. I emailed the woman back letting her know it was not completed and we would not be paying the invoice until the team came back out and finished what was stated on the proposal. 3 weeks later, and several additional calls to the office - the men finally came back out and finished. I would not use Strobert again, which is a shame because we will obviously need trees trimmed again in the future.

Tree limbs were removed. They said they would come back with a Bobcat for the brush piles. Never saw or heard from them again. They have not returned any of my calls. On July 20, 2018 I agreed to a cost of $850. I gave them $250 down. Beware.
