 + -1 moreShellhorn & Hill Inc. are very good. I go down and order my oil and they send it within a day. So, all my needs are fulfilled with them. For an average customer, I can't say how it works. I have a big tank, I get it twice a year and it do it on my own. Now, I don't know how they do their contracts with most people. I'm different because I have a bigger tank and do it all myself. They're all good.

 + -1 moreWe have used them for 30 years. They did an excellent job installing the heating and A/C unit. We stopped using them due to a problem with our service contract. We had a fan capacitor went out and according to the company since it went out during the summer it was not a covered part during this season. The service contract would not cover this part and I had to pay out of pocket to have this part replaced.
Description of Work: I used Shellhorn & Hill for heating and A/C maintenance.
