air duct cleaning, interior painters
 + 0 moreThey are outstanding. Frank and Alex did an absolutely fantastic job. It was the first time I had used them. They are neat and clean and I would use them again. I've given their name out to my neighbor to use.
Description of Work: They removed all the dirt from my the ducts in my home. They also fixed my dryer hose, and painted a wall.

air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreI decided to do this because I have two very hairy dogs and the dust in our house is incredible. When I dust, the next morning it looks as though I hadn't done anything. Some friends of ours who also have 2 hairy dogs said they had their ducts cleaned and it really cut down on the dust. They came and did a good job. I would have liked to have seen what came out, but they did find 2 tennis balls. The only thing that went badly was in the basement. I have a perfectly disgusting bathroom down there with mold and mildew and dirt. It is like that because it is below the sewer pipe and it needs a pump to pump it up to the sewer line. The pump is broken which is one reason it is so disgusting. With a clean bathroom upstairs, it never occurred to me that they might run water or flush the toilet, but they did both. By the time my husband heard the water running, it was about 2 inches deep around the bathroom. It certainly wasn't ServPro's fault -- they had no reason to think the bathroom wasn't functional. However, instead of cleaning dust from the house, I spent the time trying to dry out the basement. It took a while, but with my husband's help we got it cleaned up. This wasn't ServPro's fault, as I said they had no reason to believe that bathroom didn't work. However, I would have liked to get all the dust out of the house so I wasn't recirculating it.
Description of Work: John and John from ServPro arrived about 10:30. First we counted vents. I had counted 26, but it turned out I have 31. After I paid for the extra vents, they started to work. The cost for vents over the allowed 15, was about $25 per vent. I chose ServPro because they had a "push" "pull" system. One man pushed brushes into the vents and the other vacuumed the return vents. I also bought a super filter for $40.

 + -1 moreServpro did an excellent job. When I called they immediately returned my call. They were there on time, they were friendly, and they showed me before and after cleaning pictures of my air ducts. I was able to see the difference in the pictures.
Description of Work: Servpro cleaned my air ducts. I had 18 air ducts that were cleaned and all my returns.

 + -1 moreTHE INSTALLER, RON, WAS GREAT, CAME ON TIME, AND HAD MY CARPET INSTALLED WITHIN HOURS. HE TOOK NO BREAK AND COMPLETED 3 ROOMS IN MY HOME AND A HALLWAY, AND DID A FINE JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
