Employee came to my house and said I would have estimate next day. When I didn't hear anything for a week, I texted main companie's number. Employee got back with me and said they couldn't find the tub (10 weeks backorder), but could give me an estimate for work without the tub and would have by the end of day. Nada, Nothing. I called the owner. Very blase' about the whole matter. Said maybe I should get somebody else and that's what I'll do. Am I just a one-off or are those 5-star rating, all 2 of them, manufactured? I asked him if this was the way his company did business, not much of a respnse. Hope you have better dealing with these people if you decide to use them for anything.

im sorry you were under the wrong impression you were told a week not a day. when you called you were not a nice person and stated you were going to look else where so i agreed and said we are not the contractor for you. you should find someone else.

R.A Barker did a great job with the work we needed done around our house. We had multiple jobs that we needed complete. We needed the exterior doors of our house replaced, a bay window replaced, and new attic steps put in. With all of the jobs there were some fixes that needed to be done from original installation. R. A. Barker handle all of that and fixed the issues left from previous work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend R.A. Barker to anyone looking to have work done.
