 + -1 moreDemolition started in late January of 2005 and I moved in in mid July 2005. Workmen put in full and constructives days, materials were delivered when needed and equipment arrived on time. There were no construction delays and management of sub contractors was smooth and timely. Inspections were scheduled as needed so construction was never held up.
Description of Work: Premier Builders took down my old house and built a new one, which I had designed, from the ground up. They helped me get my plans drawn up and executed.They respected my input and allowed me to watch over and photograph the entire construction process. They stored cabinets which arrived early and went out of state to pick up specialty materials. I was involved daily, introduced to all subcontractors and was a part of any decision which arose in the building process. The three times a framing question arose, the contractor was on site immediately and the problem was resolved. The site was cleaned up at the end of each work day and the nieghbors/neighborhood were always respected. I valued the relationship with the contractor, Ken Ralston which was always professional, respectful, supportive and friendly.
