It didn’t. I drove to the property, 2.5 hours to be available for appointment. No show, no call, no follow up. Very disappointing.

Guys came out on time and reviewed issued, however since it is a VERY old system, recommended new motor. I would have given them an "A", but the cost for motor replacement was $100 more than other service provider with same brand, even after applying service call fee. They were willing to lower price (verbally over the phone) however I never received confirmation or updated quote and it's been about 5 business days. Guess I will need to use the competitors quote and save more. I tried to give DE company the business. Go figure.

Had to wait quite a while for delivery, but was told that ahead of time. Salesman was helpful. Installation was on time as promised. Clean and professional.

Turned out to be an estimate at no charge. Ordered a new garage door.

Tyler was on time precise well spoken gave options without saying what he would like to do but listen. to what you as a customer wanted and most importantly explained what he was going to do as to get my garage door up and running. this company is military and first responder friendly also thanking me for my service as Police officer much respect to Tyler and this company need more Techs like him

The technician was very punctual - in fact he called and asked to come ahead of time as he was ahead of schedule. Once he arrived, he had everything completed within an hour - very professional. We were offered several different price options ranging from a basic repair job to a complete service. The price seemed a bit high, but on the other hand since it was a Sunday, I shouldn't complain. In any event, they did an excellent job and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was very good. The actual person that I spoke to was pretty cordial and direct then he assigned one of his employees to paint the door and finished it and I just looked at it and everything was fine.

Tech diagnosed that garage door trolley was jammed. Solutions offered were to unjam for $155, or install new opener. Unit was pretty old, so I opted for a new unit. In hindsight, I should have ended the appointment right there. While the new opener works great and is very quiet, the service was grossly overpriced. Unit retails for about $200.(liftmaster 8355) The price charged with install was $549. $300+ for a little over an hour of labor is price gouging. Offered gold and platinum packages with more inflated items and worthless warranties(parts only, when the parts are cheap). You can buy 10 high quality glide rollers for well under $20. They charged $175 and I'm pretty sure theirs aren't made of gold. Their invoices list items, but most items do not have prices listed. No breakdown of prices. Just one or two prices listed that makeup the total. Would have been better off having Lowe's or Home Depot do the work. I would have saved hundreds of dollars.

It went very well. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the wiring issue and also replaced the outside door opener. He was personable, knowledgeable and completed the job within a hour.

Absolutely the best experience. I called around 2:30 on a Saturday and the technician showed up and had it fixed by 4pm. My tech was Adam T. he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Adam took his time to tell me his recommendations and showed me an itemized list of costs with no pressure to do any of them. My garage door works better than it has in years I only wish I had called sooner

Got a quick response when I called. The company immediately e-mailed a picture and bio of the technician that would be coming to my house. They also gave a 2-hour window as go when he would show up. Also the technician called. It a simple problem which he fixed. Did not take long. Our garage is 10 years old and soon we will have to replace the mechanism which opens and closes the door. When that time comes, I will definitely call Precision.

Brian informed me of his expected arrival time and was very punctual. He diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and suggested replacing both the broken spring and the other (still intact one), which I agreed to. The work was performed immediately and to my satisfaction. My complaint was his attempt to "up sell" me on the service. The alternatives proposed were several hundred dollars more and basically consisted of longer warranties (7 or 10 years instead of 90 days).

They fixed the problem and charged us nothing. They have all my business from now on.

The garage door and my car accidentally met. This caused the door to be askew and wouldn't go up or down. Stephen was the technician from Precision who was pleasant and professional. He arrived on time, was able to fix the door within 45 minutes. Considering the door was halfway up, I am pleased that now I won't be concerned about having the door open over night.

I would recommend this company for service and new doors.

Would not have used this company but they were the only ones we could get same day. Quality of work was fine, but then of course they tried to sell us additional parts that come with a lifetime warranty for an extra $200. My guess is the technicians earn commission on everything they sell. Cost was way overpriced based on reviews of other companies and actual cost of parts we had replaced. I did print off a $15 coupon from Angie's List which they honored, so final cost was $300. I will not be using them again.

I thought it was extremely expensive. I will not call them again. I will get somebody else. The reason I called them is because I liked their website. This was the first time I ended up using them. Its fine, I'm just not happy with the door. I think it was just not worth the amount of money I paid for.

They company was prompt and fixed my broken garage door perfectly. An addition, they responded to my request very quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike and Taylor came out the day after I called and were a little early. After inspecting the door they said it could be repaired but I might consider converting it since the price difference was just $100. For saftey and maintenance reasons I chose to make the conversion to a tension bar system. They were very professional and worked quickly to complete the job. I liked that they showed me everything they were doing. They did a great job and I would both use them again and recommend them to others.

Serviceman was pleasant and punctual. He offered several suggestions for doors that were in bad disrepair. Although for most repairmen, the blatant option would have been complete overhaul of the doors, he recommended a small fix and was open to our questions and suggestions.

Seamless installation. They are the experts. Door is much quieter. Closes better. Very satisfied.
