If I need services in the future, I want Taylor to come out and provide the services. Such a courteous young man! I enjoyed the experience. Sometimes contractors are not a courteous and considerate. Our garage door spring was broken the technician came out and gave us estimates for various levels of repair. We chose to have a rebuild of some of the components, it was done as scheduled and has never opened smoother and quieter. And cost was UNDER the estimate.

When I had garage door trouble I called Precision garage door service. The women in the phone was very nice and helpful. She gave me a bunch of options for appointments. We set the appointment for a Saturday between 8-10am. I received a phone call from Justin the service tech when he was on the way. He arrived on time. He asked me questions about the garage door and what happened. He inspected the garage door. He found that my garage door cables were kinked/twisted. He said he could try and reuse them and see what happens. He explained to me what the cables do and how they work. It would be the best choice to replace the cables. He quickly replaced the garage door cables. Made adjustments to the garage door. Tested it. The garage door is operating as designed. I asked him if he could look at my other door and see if it needed anything. He said it was good. There was no pressure for me to buy. He wasn’t trying to sell to me. He fixed it quickly. We even shot the breeze for a few minutes. The price was very reasonable!!!!! Cheaper than I thought. A lot cheaper. I would use Precision garage door again. Thanks Justin!!!

Perfect from the time of arrival to completion

Repair Tech was right on time and got our door opened quickly. He ordered new springs to be delivered while we were on vacation and called us back and scheduled a date to install the new springs. Tech arrived on time and was quickly able to install the new springs and adjust them to lessen the load on the garage door opener. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Would reecommend to anybody with a garage door problem.

Service appointment within 24 hours. Our technician Bobby was in time knowledge and quick. He installed anew garage door opener in about an hour and even programmed our car remotes for us. I have no complaints! Would definitely recommend!

It went great! Tim, from Precision was right on time, gave us a complete and thorough evaluation and gave us options of what to do. We decided on a new system which he installed right then and there and he helped us program all the different devices. He was polite, efficient, professional and quick, but not sloppy or cut-corners quick. We would definitely call Precision again for any service we might need for our garage door opener! 5 stars or however many stars there are for the best service!

Precision Door was able to make a service call on the first available work day after I called late Friday. Mike from Precision arrived earlier than promised and patiently detailed the problem and made additional recommendations to improve the overall functioning of the garage door which he clearly explained. Once the decision was made to do the repair and improvements, Mike was able to complete the work quickly. I am completely satisfied with the repair and would recommend Precision Door for any garage door repair or replacement.
