Replacing the rollers went well
They replaced the door gaskets with a generic brand they " always use" . It was too large
This caused friction with the seals along the side of the doors, when the door was opened or closed.
After adjustment, for the new gasket , the side seal does not fit well, and there is a visible gap for rain or snow to enter
When I Complained, I got one followup call, but no corrective action

Tech came out looked at it. Basically did what I did to troubleshoot it which was to reset the remotes. Basically told me there nothing that could be done and to try calling the company directly. Garage door still broken.
Basically I guess its not there fault they can't fix it because it seems that the garage door mfg can't seem to fix the problem.
Still had to pay $55 bucks.

After looking up your account, I did see that the phone call wasn't placed until Thursday and typically our schedule is full by later afternoon, which is when the call was placed. Unfortunately, sometimes with automatic openers, there are inherent manufacturer defects that we, as a service company, are unable to do anything about. In those cases, the best solution would be to call the manufacturer to see what they recommend. I apologize that this seemed to put you at an inconvenience. As far as the $55 service charge, it is a fee that's waived when a door gets repaired. That's why we typically don't provide that information unless it is requested, because it usually ends up being voided out anyway. We do cover any of our parts that are under warranty, but without having a technician come out and look over your door, it's very hard to determine if something is covered under that warranty while on the phone. To avoid a customer feeling lied to, we choose to allow the technicians determine this, rather than our customer service representatives. Britt was the tech who installed my door and he paid attention to detail. He knew I wanted something that was done correctly with no short cuts. He went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied with the whole process
.I was pleased with the whole experience and I can honestly say I have the nicest Garage Door in my neighborhood. My neighbors are complimenting how great the door looks. Thanks to all the staff with Precision and them making sure my experience with them was a enjoyable one.
"We strongly value our customers' opinions and appreciate you sharing yours with us. We view being able to come out early (after calling beforehand to confirm) as a plus for our customers. We regret that you were unhappy with the price. This was an Angie’s Big Deal special which included a garage door tune-up with a 21-point safety and service inspection plus replacement of one full set of garage door rollers at the special pre-paid price of $99 for Angie’s List members. This service would normally be priced at $308 resulting in a savings of $209.
