As you can tell from the many 5 star and "A" reviews on Angie's List, as well as our own website, customer service is our top priority, and it is our goal that every customer walk away being completely satisfied. In researching your situation to find a solution, I have found that when our technician was out at your home, he recommended you have work performed that was not chosen. Instead, there was a lesser, cheaper option which we performed that did not include a warranty. While we understand it is frustrating to deal with recurring issues with your garage door, we know from experience that our top options are the most effective for our customers, despite the fact they may be a slightly higher price. After reading your review, we made an effort to reach out to you in order to resolve this issue and do whatever it is that we can to make you happy. Unfortunately, you declined speaking with us about this issue further. We sincerely hope that you will change your mind and get in contact with us so we can continue working together in the future.
