I found them on Angie's List. I paid $99.00 for a work certificate. What I signed up for was to replace the roller doors for the garage with nylon for $99.00 and the job ended up costing me $2063.00. The garage door was seven years old and I am the original owner. What they had put in was builder's grade equipment. The service tech showed me some of the parts that had worn out and he recommended that I go ahead and replace them now versus being caught with the car in the garage. I told him that I wanted whatever parts he swapped out and I watched him perform the service. The service went fine. He was here for about an hour and fifteen minutes total. The warranty work that Precision Door performed stays with the house and is transferable to the new owner should I sell the residence. The company comes out once a year and performs a visual inspection and fixes whatever might need fixing for ten years. They were absolutely immaculate. They had everything on the truck that was needed. They didn't have to go out and get it and come back or have someone bring it to them. I didn't particularly like the bait and switch tactic, but he could have been right about the builder's grade stuff and I agree with that. I have no idea if that was a good price or a bad price. As far as I know, it was good quality stuff. We will find out in ten years. He was here on time.

Dana from Precision Door Service arrived at my house on time and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. (This was on a Saturday). He was polite, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was fair. I wish all contractors were as good as Dana.

Very prompt when answering the phone when I called. Same day service. He called when he was on his way. Quickly repaired the door without trying to sell me anything, or repairs that were not needed. Taught me how to care for the door, and what to look for when I need to do any future preventative work. Excellent!

Called Precision Doors--made appointment for Wednesday, they arrived on time, checked what the problem was, gave my husband a price, he relayed the cost to me (I thought it was high, but what do I know!) I had hubby ask for a Senior Citizen Discount. They gave us $50.00 off. The work was done that day very promptly. Very courteous workers and informative. I would recomend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

I called them and they were very responsive. They came out quickly and fixed it. They replaced some parts. They showed up on time, completed the job, and charged me what I thought was a fair price. I had trouble with the door and they came back again within a day and fixed it.

The experience was positive. The service-person arrived on the same day that I called and was able to accommodate my schedule since I work in a high school. He explained the necessary work and did it professionally and competently. The door works well and I was offered a free door lubrication and check over in a year.

CALLED ALL OVER THE STATE OF DELAWARE AND COULD NOT GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THIS HAPPENED TO US ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WHEN WE CAME HOME FROM BEING OUT ALL DAY. WE FINALLY GOT THIS FELLOWS NAME FROM SOMEONE AT SEARS AND WE CALLED HIM. HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE ON MONDAY MORNING AND DID A GREAT JOB.
