Tom Kelly, the owner, is lousy about returning phone calls and emails. He complains about how some of his customers don't pay him on time, but he doesn't return phone calls or emails himself! His work is good, but his customer service is lousy!

It required tearing down a wall and building another wall, which included replacing electrical work, fixing the floor, installing trim and paint. His fee was reasonable.

I was very happy with the service I got on these small jobs - and also pleased to find a handyman business who didn't give me any pushback about the smallness of the job, was extremely prompt, and returned my calls in a timely manner. My husband was out of town for the week and I thought I'd surprise him by getting this stuff done by the time he got home on Friday night. I called a couple handyman services and was told the wait was two weeks. When I contacted Tom he came out to see what I needed the same day, and told me he could do the job before the week was over. He gave me a quote after seeing the job initially, and stuck with the original price even though the job took longer and was more difficult than anticipated. An employee worked on installing the garbage disposal. He worked steadily until finished. When the disposal experienced an unexplained loss of power, Tom and employee troubleshot it until it worked even though it was past 6pm (problem was a breaker).

Excellent work every time.

I love having Thomas work on my house. He's able to do a variety of jobs for my house like contstruction, plumbing, and electrical. If there is a job I need done that he is unable to do, he will refer me to someone who he trusts who can do the job. Depending on how urgent the job is, he can either fit me in right away like when my windows were broken in the winter. Or about a week after I call for the more routine work I have for him. He did an excellent job within a day and a half on the new floor in my basement. I'll be making an appointment with him on replacing the faucet on my kitchen sink. I can trust him to do just about any job on my house.
