They arrived a bit late and did not call to tell me. They did not bring the ladders they needed to wash the inside of my stairwell windows and left hand prints on them. They used my contractor's ladders to work on the outside windows and did not put them back where they took them from. I have scheduled them twice to come back to remove the handprints from the windows they left on the stairwell windows and they have not shown up both times, they never call me to tell me they are not coming, I have to call them. They were very nice guys on the job, they appeared to do a nice job but the exterior windows are all smeared and should be polished with a clean dry cloth to make it right. Unfortunately I would not have them back because they are being unresponsive to coming back to make the windows right and I will have to pay someone else to finish the job of having clean windows. Now they say they will call when they are in the area.

Wonderfully. Three men were sent, arrived on time, and did a spectacular job, inside and out.

The workmen, Joe and Mike, did a very thorough job of cleaning. I recently moved into my house, and the windows were filthy, had paint on some of them, etc. They worked to make them sparkling!

They called prior to arrival to give an approximate arrival time. They arrived prior to the time. This three man crew was courteous and efficient. Windows were cleaned in less than an hour. Very satisfied with the results. This was the second time I have used the company. They price their job prior to assigning a crew. I used a 10% coupon available on their website. Payment is due upon completion of job via cash or check given to crew chief.

The team arrived exactly on time. They did the job well - my windows haven't been so clean in ages! They locked up carefully when they left

The gave me a firm quote, showed up at the scheduled time and did an excellent job overall

There were two workers and they worked efficiently. I didn't have any complaints.

They man that showed up was on time for the estimate. I talked to 4 different people and he was the least expensive. I wanted the garage power washed also but he advised against it stating it would cause damage to the drywall. They arrived on time, did a quick job, were very polite, did a super job and I really really liked them. He made excellent suggestions about how I needed to coat the garage floor as well and I took his advice about that. He was terrific.

They neglected to clean two large sets of french doors in our basement. After payment to the contractors, I contacted the company about the error. I left a detailed message on their voice mail which they never acknowledged. I called again and spoke to a woman (no name) who obviously was their mgr/dispatcher. She said she could not send someone out until the following week and would call first thing Monday with a date for their arrival. Monday came and went and I never heard anything. The following week I called again and she said someone would be at our house on Thursday between 9:00 and 10:00 am. On Thursday no one showed. I contacted Paul's Window Washing and I was told that they would pay me $30.00 as opposed to coming back to my house to finish the job. This was unacceptable to me. This was very poor customer service and I would not recommend this company.
