+ 0 moreMike and his father were very professional in taking measurements, and even came back to double-check some measurements around our ladder and spa to ensure our cover would fit exactly right, and it did. They drilled the holes and installed the pop-up anchors. They instructed me on installing, removing and storing the cover, which came in a large bag, and included tools for raising and lowering the anchor pegs and stretching the spring straps over the anchors. After 2 years of use we are pleased to say the cover is still like new and has not needed any adjustments to straps. We find it easy to install and remove the cover and are looking forward to a long life for it. This company also caulked about 250 feet of expansion seams in the concrete around the pool. They did an especially nice job with the caulking in masking off adjacent areas, and were being able to slope it to accommodate some concrete settling. The caulking has held up really well in the 2 years since the work was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Olympic pool for any pool-related work, and especially value their efforts to caulk and cover our pool. It looks great!
Description of Work: After we had renovated our concrete pool deck around our 20 by 40 ft pool, we had Olympic Pool Service, Inc. of Wilmington DE come in and installed a new Loop-Loc cover. It was shaped to fit our pool and spa. The cover was installed with pop-up anchors that hold the spring-loaded tension straps located every 3 feet around the cover. We also had this company caulk about 250 feet open joints in our concrete deck around the pool, as they were left open from the renovation process. The caulking cost $2100 and the cover and cover installation cost $2560.
