It went amazing. I would recommend Newman waterproofing to anyone. I needed a condensation pump and waterproofing of my bilco door. They were efficient and timely.

Steve was communicative throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. His team was courteous and thorough. While the foundation crack repair has not yet been tested by heavy rains, I am pleased with the work that has been performed and hope that it keeps our finished basement dry for years to come.

Steve, the owner, understood the problem and knew exactly what to do to take care of it. He explained the work that needed to be done, answered all my questions, and was patient with me when asking more questions. Within a day, he had his crew here. The crew put down tarps to walk in and out of the house on, and on the steps leading to the basement. The crew worked diligently, and were very focused. They finished the job in about 3 hours. They cleaned up thoroughly and quickly. There was nothing for me to clean up, they did such a good job.

The Newman crew did outstanding work on a leak from upstairs into living room. Jorge and his crew were able to remove damaged drywall, locate and repair the water leak and matched my ceiling and walls back up in a single day. Steve is a great owner and I plan to use him for future projects around the house. Will use again.

Steve was fast VERY fast. We had a large amount of water pouring in from our bilco door to the basement. Within less than a week he came out and did the job correctly. And came back to fix a newly discovered problem. It was done hassle free. Steve is professional, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. This team did a great job on our basement. Our basement had to be pretty ripped apart to fix a water intrusion issue we’ve been having, but by the time they were done, you couldn’t even tell because they did such a good job bringing the room back to its original condition. The team that came was on time, efficient, and professional. I work from home and they didn’t cause any disruptions. Would recommend.

Steve the owner was very pleasant and professional. He provided an estimate which we accepted, and the work was done with expedience, but high quality work. Would recommend him for any household repairs, if necessary. The goal is to fix the necessary issues, so I cannot be seen again and he did so that included drywall repair ceiling replacement, and other things to include paint. Very happy with the work provided by Stephen his company, and I will use him again if needed.

Steve was great- responded immediately and came out to check our problem promptly- his communication skills are excellent. We had a complex issue- requiring a French drain and repair of a foundation crack. Steve was here the day after I accepted his proposal and the work done was excellent- workers did the job and cleaned up after they finished. When we still had water after a heavy rain storm, he returned the next day and added some vapor barriers. We found an issue w a clogged gutter and some erosion of the adjacent dirt- Steve had a crew out within 3 days to dig and repair a foundation crack- they worked in the snow! I highly recommend hiring him for any basement water problems you have - price is very fair and work gets done promptly and correctly .

Steve and his crew are the best, I live in NY and was not able to supervise this project. Steve went above and beyond to make this project seamless, he kept me constantly updated with pictures and videos. I needed replacement appliances and he went to the appliance store ordered the appliances for me received and installed them, this was outside the scope of the project.
