Never showed up. Has not refunded my money. The owner, Michael Czerwinski, is a fraud and a con artist. Do not trust this man!

Mediocre quality workmanship. Had to come back to rework several things that were done incorrectly or incompletely. Was partially pre-paid for further work and disappeared with the money. Does not respond to emails or calls (at least a dozen attempts over several months). Very dishonest. Do not do business with this vendor. I am now having to take him to small claims court. I will not let him get away with his dishonesty. Stay away!!!!
Description of Work: Re-tile bath floor and walls. Install new plumbing fixtures at tub.

We have had many contractors come through since then to give a new estimate and complete the job correctly. They are all stunned at what they see on the walls. First off, he used Mastic, which soaked right through and ruined the marble that was up (at least 1K worth of material wasted). It was slathered on so thick, according to various contractors "it never would have dried". The floor was not too bad on sight, though several pieces were not cut correctly and will need to be replaced (did not cut around toilet accurately either). When I took the cement board down, what was behind it was the original shower pipes, and about $7 worth of materials to extend the shower. The plumber here right now putting in an actual new shower system said the first time we hung anything off the shower head, what was up would have snapped off. I am now working to line up a contractor to complete the job so am out a functioning bathroom much longer than planned and will have to buy product again to replace what was ruined. This guy is nothing but a rip off. He lied (adhesive), he cheated (destroying material), and tried to steal from me (shower). I would strongly recommend users void this provider at all costs!
Description of Work: Job was to lay down floor tile and marble across 3 of the 4 walls, including shower wall. Was also to install a new Moen shower kit. After first day of work, it was obvious it was not being done correctly. The following morning, as I began to ask him about things, being civil, hoping for correction (i.e., why weren't the floor tiles spaced evenly, why were some not level, why weren't the cement board seams behind the shower taped, why was I already seeing the adhesive seep through the marble?), he initially said he did not see anything wrong, then that once he was done I would not notice, then got defensive repeating he'd been doing this for 25 years. When I asked why the cement seams were not taped, he claimed water would not get to them (what?). When I pointedly asked what kind of adhesive he used, he said marble adhesive (it was Mastic). It did not take long before he quit and angrily walked off the job.

Description of Work: Small Bathroom Remodel Project at our home. Job started July 2015 & Job Completed October 2015. Balance paid in full before job completion. No final walk through ever done. Upon return to finish & complete job two months later, contractor became very rude and unprofessional. We pointed out and showed the specific areas needing attention. We asked contractor to correct & repair all issues including shower grout/sealer peeling off and wall area left unfinished two months ago, which was then done very hurried. (*Note Wall area previously left unfinished = contractor painted directly on top of spackle, no sanding to smooth out - spackle bumps can be seen - looks terrible) Later, when we pointed out that one small area still needed finishing & showed this to the contractor, the contractor began shouting at us, then stormed out and left. We were very patient during the 2 month gap, all the while not hearing from this contractor. The use of foul language, walking out and suddenly leaving was very unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should ever be treated this way. We have lived in our home for 28 years and never experienced anything quite like this situation. We felt it necessary to write a review in hopes of preventing this from happening to another homeowner in the future.
