Consultation and recommendations before contracting were timely and creative. Completed work when requested and per quoted price. Excellent service, great communications, professional employees, and reasonably priced. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Would definitely request services again and highly recommended.

Kevin, the President of the company, was professional, courteous, empathetic and responsive. He ensured the job was done well and that I was satisfied. His crew was respectful, friendly and skilled. They cleaned up everyday and kept me informed of their progress. This was a very positive experience.

Nature's Call did a fantastic job. The team was highly professional and respectful of my property. They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I already plan on having them come back to do more projects in the future.

This work was a continuation of what Kevin's crew began last year in the back yard. And he delivered again. They removed dozens of overgrown/overly matured bushes and shrubs and replaced with a variety of what will be an amazing visual effect once the new plants flower out. They also mulched, edged our beds with landscape stone and added a "green fence" (lattice with climbing hydrangeas) along the driveway. 46 plants in total. Regarding the quality and impact of Kevin's team's work, I can honestly say that, as my wife and I were outside staining the fence, no fewer than 10 people either stopped their cars or walked over to tell us how beautiful everything looked. No question if we need further work, Kevin will get the call.

Exceptional. Kevin's crew worked diligently and carefully to transform the appearance of our home. There were many other things that we wanted to do but simply didn't have the funds at that moment. He worked with us to "stage" the work. We are having him back in 2016 to continue the evolution of our home's outside.

Appointment for estimate was made for the day after initial contact. The written estimate was received within a week. The patio was in bad enough shape that Nature's Call did not feel comfortable doing a repair on someone else's bad work. So the estimate was for replacing the pavers, adding fill, re-tamping, and some landscaping of a medium flower bed. We are moving so it was more financially than we wanted to take on. We might use this company in different circumstances, but since we are moving we will not have the opportunity.

The work went well. Ruben Galindez arranged to come out with a couple of days of my request for an appointment. Within a couple of days he provided me with 2 drawings and estimates, one that retained some of the existing greenery and and one that replaced it all. I chose to have everything replaced. It took a couple of weeks longer than I had expected for the work to be completed but it was done in one day. All of the old landscaping had been removed and the area left very clean. As I do not have a green thumb, I have been in contact with Ruben several times since the landscaping was completed and he has been very responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall, the work was great, Ruben and the workers were very professional and i would not hesitate to use Natures Call again.

Kevin was absolutely wonderful. From the first contact, he was responsive and his customer service was excellent. He actually responded to phone calls and emails, unlike other people in the field. His crews that came everyday were hardworking, friendly, and considerate of our property. So far, our drainage problems appear to be fixed and we could not be happier. The brick walkways are beautiful and seem well done. Any issues along the way were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. In addition to the work listed above, they also cut out a spot for our garden, cleaned up our existing beds, installed a new mailbox, and coordinated with a paving company for our new driveway. We really cannot recommend Kevin and Nature's Call Landscaping enough. My husband and I are very particular, and this is the first person/company we've ever worked with (including painters, electricians, roofers, etc.) who met our high standards.

Kevin's crew of four men stripped the old grass, applied lawn soil and organic fertilizer, and then new sod. The entire process took six hours - exactly the time estimated. The crew worked hard, took only a short break and paid attention to details, including my request for space under a tree for new plantings. They power washed the sidewalk to remove dirt and debris from the job. At all times, they were polite and professional. On completion, Kevin gave me precise directions for care and maintenance of the new grass - watering, future fertilizing and mowing. I am very happy with the results. My front yard has never looked better. I would absolutely recommend Nature's Call Landscaping, and will use this business in the future.

They did a great job! Very respectful. Kevin even introduced himself to our neighbors. they cleaned up after themselves each day. At the end of the job they hosed off the driveway of mud and debris. Kevin even scheduled a follow up walk thru of the job a couple of days after completion to see if we had any questions. We will be having him come back in the spring to replace a tree and help us in other areas of the property

Great job! Kevin (owner) came to the house and listened to what we were looking for - new landscaping out front with low maintenance. Kevin came back with a proposal and a drawing of what he suggested for our landscaping, including a few options. We agreed on a design and contracted the work. The crew came back on schedul and did a beautiful job! They completely cleaned up everything and we are very happy with the result! Kevin was a complete professional throughout the entire process, kept in communication with us as we got closet to the scheduled date of service and followed up with care instructions for our new landscaping and lawn area.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job and we continue to get positive comments from friends and family that we have entertained on our patio. The job was fairly extensive and Kevin and his crew were cognizant on the disruptions and minimized their impact as much as possible. We have had some minor follow up questions regarding the landscaping and Kevin has been responsive in ensuring that we need to know what to do to keep some of the plants healthy. His team also replaced a shrub that did not survive. Overall, we were pleased with the work of Nature's Call. The patio was done in the fall of 2012 but we have used Nature's Call for smaller jobs since then. The reason I am posting this now is that I am new to Angie's list.

It went great as always. I have used Nature's Call Landscaping since 2010 and will continue using them. Originally did my EP Henry patio and each year I expand my landscaping. Kevin is great to work with. Definitely recommend him for any landscaping or hardscaping job.

This was our first experience with Nature's Call and I can happily say I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future projects and would strongly recommend them to anyone. Our project was to have a walkway built from the street up to our front door, which is an uphill rise of about 14 feet. We also wanted the front porch replaced. Kevin, owner and president, listened to why we wanted this project and our thoughts for its design. He offered his own design and esthetic suggestions given the particular challenges of our property slope, but was never pushy to get his way. His price estimate may not have been the lowest, but we are satisfied we received the best design and value for the price. He helped us choose both hardscape materials and the landscape plantings. The crew, which put in full 8-hour days. was very capable of working on their own, but Kevin was on-site nearly 100% of the time, both overseeing and performing the work. They completed the project 1 day short of his 3-week estimate, and within budget.

Our experience with Kevin and the Nature's Call staff was excellent! We hired Nature's Call to tear down our old wooden deck and create us a unique outdoor living space we can enjoy for many years to come. Kevin designed a multi level raised paver patio that exceeded our expectations. We now love spending time outside on our patio and entertaining our friends and family. We enjoyed our experience with Natures Call so much we had them back to customize our front landscaping and many of our neighbors hired them to do the same. Great company!

It went very well. They always do a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything is perfect.

The project went great from start to finish. The crew started early on Saturday morning and worked through the day. They came back on Monday and worked all day then finished up on Tuesday. I have a large flower bed and a vegetable garden which were all weeded completely. The new plants are healthy and beautiful. Kevin took the dimensions of the beds into consideration when selecting just the right plants. He offered suggestions during the planning phase when there were a couple of plants that I did not find appealing. Together we were able to find plants that would work and that I like. I had a knockout rose that I wanted to have transplanted but through a miscommunication that plant was discarded. Kevin was very apologetic and immediately replaced the rose. The crew cleaned up the site everyday and power washed the sidewalk at the the end of the project. They also reseeded the yard where the grass was damaged when they were excavating the area containing thistle. Our house looks very nice!!
